  1. Next Pirate set
  2. Next Castle set
  3. The new hen comes in the bricktober pirate ship. Not very useful info since there is a lot of cheaper and easier ways to get it, but it is the 4th set it is in so becoming rather widespread already Really hope we get recolored piglets, lambs, calfs and/or foals in BAM (hopefully all 4)
  4. "Starting week 34 (next week) the Denmark warehouse which processes “Standard” Pick a Brick orders, will be increasing warehouse staff and we should expect that between now and November, the order backlog is reduced and eventually eliminated."
  5. Could be a animal that suddenly pops up unexpectedly in the CMF Not sure what kind of fig it would come with, but the flamingo showed up with a old lady as a garden ornament
  6. I think we must expect "two steps forward and one step back" for a while now. When new parts are added a lot will order them and they will sell out quickly, however if they manage to keep adding new/sold out parts and reduce the order handling time things are moving in the right direction. According to them November is when they expect to be back on track with full speed ahead
  7. I do not think so However I am sure it is because they used up the budget on other printed parts, so they where left with a choice of including him or maybe just add another lion knight fig instead. Probably made the choice of including him since that will ad more diversity to the figs. It do not looks like a coincidence that a highly detailed one was added to the BAM selection
  8. If you only grabbed them without feeling them first, that was pretty lucky
  9. That would only work if we all did it or a lot of us at least, since that is not happening this will only end up with you unhappy since you are missing out on figs you really want So instead it is probably better to stop buying random figs and only buy from places where you know what you get. I am sure the sales will go down and if enough people give feedback TLG might do something, but they are supposed to be blind bags after all we are just "cheating" now. Maybe AFOLs will start swamping figs whenever we meet, however some army-builder figs or new animal moulds etc are bound to be more popular than others. A thing Lego brand stores should have is, buy a fig, open it, if you do not want it you could swap it directly with another from that series from a selection of say 20 open figs
  10. Yes, just look at the forestmen GWP, people were going crazy about that and it did not sell out the first time and lasted a fair bit into the next round before it was gone. Previously some GWPs has disappeared after a couple of hours, maybe they just have become better at calculating demand and produce more sets. If I was to guess I would say that it is more time consuming to produce 50 different sets that are sold out all the time, then making a lot more of the 50 sets before they are released
  11. OK, so it is more or less as before. Previously it was digging horizontally for parts, but now it is digging vertically instead
  12. BAM Going to Skærbæk fan weekend for the first time this year so hopefully I can find some good BAM treasures in the Lego house
  13. How deep are the trays with minifig parts in the new set up, looks shallow and then it can not have room for many parts in it right? As long as they top them up often that is not a problem if they don`t it should result in slim pickings rather soon after a refill
  14. The winter wave is always police, fire etc, the most interesting City sets usually turn up in the summer wave Just as a note, my local grocery store started a 30% sale on City sets a couple of weeks ago and one of the only ones to sell out after a few days was the hen house. Maybe I live in rural area with a lot of hen owners or it could be a popular set
  15. The winter waves in City usually do not have much of interest for me, but sounds like a couple of them could be interesting at least
  16. If you know they will do this every year, why do you buy every set on day one
  17. Contact Lego on the "missing parts page" and they will send you the parts (often wise to double check all the left over bags first to be sure they are missing)
  18. I do not know Brick Fanatics source, however the other information circulating did not mention animals taking longer time etc. I do not know the original source for that either so will not repost it here, but if it is correct we should see improvements in PAB this fall
  19. I was maybe risky, but when they do something like that and hit the bullseye they will earn a lot more money that giving us AFOLs a Castle set I agree, a lot of the sets they are making for adults now are so diverse and looks to be designed to hook in new adults. If they manage to get 10 new adult customers that buy e.g a football stadium or a typewriter as their first set and in the process looses 2 former AFOLs that collected e.g. Pirates or Castle, it is a big win. They actually managed to increase the AFOL customers from 10 to 20% now and I assume the kids are still getting the same amount at least of Lego. If the 90 year castle set sells a lot, maybe hook in some new AFOLs we will get more similar sets in the future. However if it do not, they will use their time and resources to make a e.g. new football stadium instead I just looked and that is correct
  20. No, but nice that they keep the mould in circulation at least
  21. Looks like the Ideas lighthouse has a seagull, but those with Instagram have to confirm that
  22. We have to agree to disagree on that one However it is still possible series 23 is the odd one out, need to know all the series next year before we know the answer
