LEGO City 2025 SETS - Leaks, rumours, discussion. (Animals too)
Roebuck replied to Powered by Bricks's topic in LEGO Town
I am not so interested if the first half City sets however the interview is interesting especially towards the end. seems like they do not plan to do a big police and fire wave anytime soon since they did them last year. They try to build a system within City so hopefully this can lead to more interesting sets down the line -

BDP eats the scraps from Lego sets, if there are no other classic Lego sets with figs and accessories the BDP sets have nothing to include.. I agree with @TeriXeri. They are basically Mocs and have nothing to do with real Lego sets.. -

Hopefully the sets are selling well enough for Lego to keep releasing the "vintage Icons sets", but MTS, Eldorado fortress and the Space sets have a shorter that planned shelf-life. Maybe that is because most of the buyers get them early or they simply do not sell enough to defend the place on shelf’s If they keep on making them, since it was Space this year, it should be Pirates in 2026 and Castle in 2027. Even if Creator 3-in-1 have been revolutionary this year and can become a very useful theme in the future when it comes to parts, the sets are not as interesting as Icons may be -

I like the set and the Griffins look great, krakens somewhat odd, Pirates OK, the rest of the fig not interesting to me. To bad the ravens were not included, hopefully they will come in a future set -

A lot of the official pictures leaked today so can not be long now -

Lego would normally just give us 8 figs and save a lot of money/price on the set. Off course it would be a lackluster set when minifigs are the main thing and we only get a few so 16 make more sense then. However 2 identical of a lot of the figs is possible as are 1 female and 1 male of each fig, but it is strange. And what about Fabuland a animal crossing head or a new fabuland head on a minifig body? This do not make much sense so I guess I need to see it before I understand the reasoning behind it -

Not so impressed with the finalist in the retro GWP contest, but that is often the case when Lego choose. There are two Castle related sets there so one of them could give us some useful parts at least https://ideas.lego.com/blogs/a4ae09b6-0d4c-4307-9da8-3ee9f3d368d6/post/e89a2be3-a325-446b-973a-2c4bd575285e -

No, but the other Ideas set said to be released at the same time (June 1st) was revealed officially yesterday so can not be long now (my guess is a week at most) -

I find it unlikely that Raven-knights ended up on 3 place, my guess would be minimum second place. Of course I could be wrong since I am biased and voted for them, but did Lego ever say the ones with most votes would win or something like "we will take the voting into consideration", "vote for the one you want in the set" or similar? I have hope that they plan to include a Raven-knight in a upcoming set or similar -
I think it is dark red, but forgot that we already got that Unfortunately that is probably right, if they had not suddenly started taking crazy high prices for all animals I would believe they did it with the CMF animals to keep the hype going. I wonder why they have increased the prices so much on PAB, is it: Because people will buy them anyway so they increase the price a lot to earn even more money (pure greed)? Set sales have dropped because people have less money, so they want to force people to buy sets instead of just the best parts of PAB? They outsource PAB so it cost more money? Make little sense to me, if anything that should be cheaper for them, right? Suggestions?

Recolour of the scorpion? Have not seen a good picture, so you think it is different print from the previous one? Have not seen that, same as the last one? Regarding the pigeons, if they are double moulded they will be harder to get a reprint and that is unfortunate in addition to the price, however they may look better?

It is just brickbuildt, another Friends set has a adult Winged unicorn, but Ithink it is just the normal Friends horse mould.. Yes! Other then City not much animals at all in other themes. I must say Ninjago is really the worst when it comes to animal moulds, with all those sets and never anything of interest basically

No HP is both right, unless I misunderstand the meaning of nook vs ends?

Maybe, but strange if Friends include a horse like that, they have their own animals usually

That was unfortunate, I also forgot that part could be used could be used even if I remembered the heart, but you where right about the size Not the most usefull no, but great to see the mould in use, easier to include it in other sets then (in a new colour). A shocking year for Creator in a positive way A new foal unicorn (I wonder if the horn can be removed) and 2 recolours of the normal foal mould. Is the ghost new as well? How many prints are in the castle set, 7 (2 different horse faction legs and torso, snake faction torso and legs ans 1 civilian torso)? We did not get much more minifig prints in the LKC right?! In addition to the yellow feather and blue hood Interesting the snake knight is all black, could mean a raven knight is in the making and they will keep the different -
SW get 2

There are some other animals in the AC sets, could also be a fish and scorpion in a new colour, but hard to see behind the glass. The fox look great The unicorn foal is similar to the normal mould, but with a longer tail, I wonder if the horn is removable There are some small animals here and there, but nothing else new that I have seen. Must wait for the rest of the set especially City to drop (tomorrow?)

Lego Licensed Parts available from Bricks & Pieces
Roebuck replied to LegoPercyJ's topic in LEGO Licensed
That is because they have become so expensive that Lego are embarrassed at showing the real price No, they where supposed to drop in June after a long break from adding new parts to PAB due to warehouse issues etc that resulted in long delivery times. Apparently they got those issues under control faster than excepted and dropped the parts early -
A lot of now parts on PAB including some animals like the black parrot. A lot of parts are expensive, like the sheep is over twice as expensive as a few months ago, that is just plain greedy
