LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 27. Rumors and discussion
Roebuck replied to Robert8's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I was talking about Lego selling known individual figures online, anyone else including Lego stores could just sell as normal. A lot of people would just buy the figs they want online instead of hunting them in shops and it would not be much point for scalpers clearing out stock since most of their potential customer would just buy them for retail price. -

For those prices Lego demand I an not willing to blind buy so then I would stop, buy a box or buy them from resellers There could be a limit of say 10 of each fig per order online, Lego manage to mostly meat demand for sets (there have been issues in the past like in the pandemic) so they could just make more figs if they wanted. Yes resellers would still buy them, but scalpers probably would not (if I have understood the difference right). -

Did you ask if they had a unopened box in stock, maybe they could have found 1 for you there I wonder how many wolf-pack figs they could have sold if they let people buy the ones they wanted online. People that want a army of them are most likely not buying random figs in shops anyway so the overall sale there would not be much affected, maybe even scalpers would stop buying them in shops so kids could get them (if they wanted them). -
2025/26 Castle [wishlist/speculation]
Roebuck replied to GreenhouseBricker's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
I do not think so, probably just a speculation. My guess based on comments, popularity etc: Raven or Kraken Raven or Kraken Griffin Bull Kraken probably have the most loud supporters, however Raven are one of the more popular and expensive fractions so hopefully a lot of not so vocal people have voted for that -
LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 27. Rumors and discussion
Roebuck replied to Robert8's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Yes I think a female is most likely, however the classic fraction is called forestmen so just wrote that The raven would be great to get That is possible, but we have gotten several dragons and CMF Basil lately. So would be better with the return of the black knights for me, however not sure what animal that fit them beside a dragon as well.. -
LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 27. Rumors and discussion

There is a pattern here, with the 3 last normal series have a Castle fig with a new animal and with the popularity these figs have it is almost guaranteed we will get one next time as well. The beast-master is probably the best army-builder since he has the shield missing from MTS and a flock animal. The goat herder is a civilian, so do not need that many identical civilians even if the goat is a flock animal people often want to army-build. The falconer have the specialized arm and hair and not a flock animal, but the rest of the fig is very army-build material. Hopefully they will start the same trend with pirates figs as well I wonder what we will get next time, my guess/hope is a forestmen with a roedeer (even if a fox is more likely and would be nice as well). What do you think? -

That's why most people won't do it and more people get the figs they want from the Lego store -

Is it not possible to buy them at a Lego shop? They should restock all the time? Lego stores should probably only sell 1 wolfpack to every customer.. My wolf hunting went really well, but I also bought a complete box to be safe before they came in stock. That is probably the way to do it if there is hard to find them in your area, however takes time to sell the figures you do not want.. -
Lego Icons 10332 Medieval Town Square Discussion Thread
Roebuck replied to BrickJagger's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Definitely, however even if we did not have that leak 8 minifigures, basically 1 animal and 1 new shield is not much for a set with 3304 parts when we compare it to 10193 Medieval Market Village and 7189 Mill Village Raid. 7189 Mill Village Raid had 6 minifigures, 7 animals (most of them new or unique), 2 shields and 663 parts 10193 Medieval Market Village had 8 minifigures, 3 animals, 0 shield and 1601 parts I agree, but as I have said it would probably be better if the set cost more and included more stuff the fans want from a set like that e.g. 50$ more would have been fine -

We do not know, I might sell decent however if it was a bestseller it most likely would would not retire 2(?) years before it was suppose to originally Maybe if it's a Lego exclusive sett like LKC Not that I think LKC had a low budget with a new part, lots of prints and lots of retired parts brought back. An ideal Castle set have lots of new printed parts (like minifigs, shields, barding etc), generous amounts of minifigs and animals (recolours) and new parts like animals, weapon’s etc, which is hard to make on a low budget -

I do not think the designers is much to blame, if we have gotten something close to the leaked picture most fans would probably be very happy, but the set was butchered budget-wise and we ended up with MTS in its current form. I finally bought the minifigs on PAB today and will probably buy the set in P-shop later this year, if it was better I would probably have bought a copy or two already. What TLG should learn from this is that since we only get a Castle set every 3rd year, we want a premium product like the LKC not a low budget one.. -
Lego Licensed Parts available from Bricks & Pieces
Roebuck replied to LegoPercyJ's topic in LEGO Licensed
Some parts are getting a limit of 10 parts now, about time they if you as me -
It would be about time LOTR sets started including horses, after all LOTR was the theme that made the updated horse mould 12 years ago. So hope you are right, maybe Gandalf with horse and cart in the set and a Black Rider in the GWP (another one in the set would probably be asking to much from Lego)..

There is a new tropical rainforest diorama GWP coming soon. It looks nice, but why could not Lego include a more interesting animal or two 🙄 It only has a butterfly and frog that I can see 🤔

That would be great and not impossible, but I do not have high hopes for a new animal there after the lacklustre winter-wave

Favorites: Dachshund, It is very hard to make a list of favorites, but since I have dachshunds I will put it first to avoid trouble Foal, I really like the juvenile animals they have started making, but especially the updated foal mould Tiger, not sure what to put here, but it was one of the last animals I bought and the first tiger was excellent, but this new one is even better and the big cat mould is very posable Wanted: Roedeer, have been on top of the list for many years, just look at my name Pigeon, another favorite of mine would be very useful and are very common Crow same as the pigeon, we got a raven now so we are getting close

I do not think that would happen, it basically means that you need to buy 2x500$ sets to get one set, then they would just make a 1000$ one instead. However as I have said before it is possible to split the city down on the middle, if you like you could buy a second copy and mirror build it to get the hole city. Tough I think the most likely is that they make the "hole" city as a mix of minifig and mictoscale to pull it of like Barad Dur

They probably have at least one big bin of goats on storage, with every other part they have made. When designers make a new set they probably need to have access to older parts out of production, sometimes they need one to make a set work, for displays in Lego house etc, promos like this etc..
