Difficult to say how many Goblins we get, if they can make them more or less the same we probably get more than if they make them very unique. I assume they will use the head from the CMF to save budget, like they did rather brilliantly last time to give us more moulds in sets Hagrid is almost guaranteed in the set as well.. The modular bookshop will not affect any shops in the DA. I hope/guess it is not the same scale as the modular since we only will get 3 buildings then. DA has a lot of small shops more in the scale with the first winter Village sets Thank you! Finally a new member on team owl

I do not agree I think the random buyer do not care if Harry has short legs and Fred and George is included with WWW, after all the first D2C DA came with Ollivanders and F/G I see no reason why they can not include different figs from different years in a huge set like that without adding Harry for every year to go with them. My guess/hope is that it is one Harry with short legs to recreate the first time he came to DA since that is the most iconic moment when he got to see the wizarding world for the first time. When he is there later he is just basically running around shopping, it is fun, but not nearly as magical as the first time.. I think we will get most figs from year 1 and 2 and some "spice" like F/G from later years. It is of course possible that we only get 5 unique figs and 5 figs in several different ages on the other hand we still might end up with 4 figs standing in front of a micro-scale DA like last time

As long as they keep the shop open, they can use the all the time they need to ship the orders I am just happy it is open again -
I do not think the DA will have more than one Harry etc. What is the point, nobody wants that It is more likely it will have several odd unique characters, e.g. like random persons seen in the movies, Hermione's parents, odd shop owners.. Huge sets with a lot of minifigs is the best place to include figs that we never would get anywhere else, Harry we get everywhere

Haha I agree that there are two ways to do it: 1. Make a set every year that combine into a huge set. 2. Make a huge D2C Since they are going for the huge D2C this time (IF it is system scale) I hope we get a lot of different shops like Owl Emporium in that set. It is a street after all, not 3 huge buildings. I know the first DA had 3 famous buildings, but that was a completely different budget (I think the set is great), but this time I expect a different approach for 400$

If we do not get him in the CMF series now, I think a small forbidden forest set with him, Harry, Draco and a centaur etc is a no brainer Two pigs

Looks good, like the inclusion of more animals, maybe we get a goose mould one day to go with the set As long as it sells as well as it do, Lego will make it evergreen! Why do you think the sets from 2018 is not retired yet? It is of course because they still are bringing in a lot of money even if most normal toy shops do not have them in stock any more. So Lego brand stores and web stores must sell a lot on their own I really do not see the problem with the 18+ boxes. People in here are mostly aware of what is for them, but a new adult customer have to go true a lot of mixed sets before she/he finds the good stuff made for them. Think of it as a cloth shop where every product for male, female and kids are mixed together at random, it would be a nightmare to buy a new pair of jeans. I also do not think Lego came up with the idea this year, they have probably worked on it a long time so I hardly think it is a move to profit on the virus

Or the set number is usually no problem with the animals since they are so easy for them to find when looking on the inventory The shark parts come in one bag I thing, in my order conformation is say "PROTECTIVE BAG, SHARK NO. 3"only.. -

That is strange since I was under the impression they were selling a lot, we got 2 last year so maybe they are skipping a year -
You have to call inn and order it I did it this morning with success, however it is expensive I paid around 9 euro per shark

I had big trouble with one part (owl), maybe you have a similar part with a bug in your basket. Try to add only one, then increase it if they go true to the shopping cart -
Well spotted! I think I like the old print better, seems like they can not add a single animal in hidden side without making them angry, crazy etc. So happy B&P are open for business again, got several new animals ordered now

B&P is back I ordered several pieces yesterday, but had trouble with adding the owl so I had to leave that. Instead I called in now and got it together with the Great white shark . The shark cost a pretty penny, but not sure it will become any cheaper on BL (around 9 euro) Asked for the flying owl, but that was licensed of course. The pig was also licenced for some reason, maybe because it was produced on HP budget even if it was in the bay set first.. Hopefully that licence are removed later -
Marcos Bessa said that they are not so strict on the years any more e.g. privet drive this year, so we can get something like that next year as well. It is a two-edged sword, on one hand we may not have to wait so long on sets that was not included in the first round. On the other hand the last 4 films have had very few sets over the years compared to the first 4 so not ideal that too many spots are taken from them in their wave I would rather have a LC than B&B in the D2C, but I guess it depends on how big they make the buildings. If there are only 3 big modular sized buildings we will only get the main ones, if we instead get a proper street with several smaller buildings they could include more diversity in shops (I hope for the last one)
-
Like the sound of that I still think/hope it is a set based mostly on the first film, with 2-3 shops on each side of a narrow cobblestone street, with a brick wall in one end and Gringotts in the other end (with pins so you can put every shop on one side or move them around as you like)
-
Those are not D2C, city have a police-station every year as well I for one just keep the possibility open The most likely is 400$ DA in system-scale but until I see some beyond a reasonable doubt proof anyone of those 3 points may change

The problem with an expansion is that it is a boring idea, more or less the same as we got in 2018. In addition they have to admit that the first one was only part one of two, when they have sold it as the ultimate Hogwarts castle. Plus other arguments mentioned earlier.. No way Lego will do this, they like to make new things especially when it comes to D2C sets. That is in my mind one of the best arguments against a DA since they already made one before. However if they make a much bigger one that is probably fine like the MF Most people want a system-scale DA and it has always been the number one choice for a HP D2C, but we do not necessarily get it every time. I do not remember how it went down, but if we heard in early 2018 that we would get a huge D2C HP set and we had seen the GH set. Most of us had probably guessed on a DA set and very few if any had guessed on what we got

Would not say no to a lot of Lego gold-coins as long as they are not pearl gold Ministry of magic

My toughs exactly I do not feel safe until I see the pictures especially after the last microfig D2C
-
It is probably like the lobster with batman. In the beginning it was licensed, but soon it started to show up in unlicensed sets and the license mark was removed. Do not see why the stone part is so special after all, lots of parts made for different licensed themes show up in other sets later it is Lego after all
