I believe he’s just saying that we’ve only gotten one Black Panther design from Civil War so he’d prefer to get another minifigure of BP from Civil War than BP from Endgame.

Haha that Iron Man fig looks HORRIBLE. Looks like something my four year old would dig (which is totally fine, I get Lego is for kids) but it has a plaque like it’s supposed to be some sort of collectible? LOL

I’m agreeing with the above. Nothing new with these mechs, they’re pretty disappointing. All minifigures seem to be inferior to their counter parts. The Wolverine from 6866 looks better. I can understand a cheap set not having let printing, but the hips being the same color as the legs looks really odd. At least the new one has the cowl. The Iron Man is definitely a Mark 42 wannabe but looks horrible with the new helmet and the red arms. The Black Panther looks decent but I still think the older minifigs look much better (especially the Civil War Black Panther from 76047).

I know it'll never happen but I just started playing Arkham Knight for the first time and I wish they'd make the Batmobile from that game. So cool. There's some really cool MOCs out there, too. Maybe that's the only way I'll ever own it..

Couldn’t agree more! I went and saw it last night and while it’s not a perfect movie, it’s a good introduction to unique and bizarre characters that exist in the Marvel cosmic universe. That post credits trailer has me pumped for the future! Hope the poor reviews don’t bring Marvel to just keep making the cookie cutter movies that “work”. Also, gotta say that Gilgamesh is my favorite. He’s awesome.

Please, go right ahead! Agreed! I hated the tall bars on the hood. I added the flat silver pieces and put red transparent plates underneath to give the light up look. I'm also personally not a fan of shooters, either, so I removed those and modded the front as well. Here's an image of the front: I wish I could've made the bumper more color accurate but they don't have Slope 45 2x1 with Cutout without Stud (Part 28192) in flat silver and dark gray looked silly with the flat silver bars. I do have to say all the credit for my mod goes to @TheBatstan and Henkvdl05 on Rebrickable. TheBatstan shared Henkvdl05's design (https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-89968/Henkvdl05/the-baterson-batmobile-2022/#details) and I drew heavy inspiration from it for the hood. I really liked Lego's model other than the hood, the shooters and bumper so I just changed those. Not sure if I'm quite satisfied with the bumper so there may need to be some rework. I put red transparent studs behind the black 1x2 grill (Part 2412b) but I can't decide if red or orange is more accurate.

Yup, they're in the second photo, in between the Tumbler and the Battinson Batmobile but not super visible. Here's a better photo: I've taken a few of my own creative liberties with them but they're awesome sets! Thanks!

I've been displaying the on-screen Batmobiles together as well. Love the Battinson Batmobile. It doesn't disappoint!

I was actually considering buying the retired Hulkbuster for my Christmas present. Now I’ll most definitely be buying the Home Alone set and waiting for the Hulkbuster next year. I couldn’t be happier! The Brickset review for the retired Hulkbuster isn’t great and I read that the arms and legs weren’t very poseable so I’m really excited to see what they do with this new Hulkbuster.

I picked up the Batmobile and Batcave at the Lego store this morning and they’re awesome! Some of the best DC sets we’ve seen in a while. I think I’m also going to grab the Technic Batmobile eventually. I’m surprised how popular it was at the Lego store.

I just watched his livestream of building The Batman sets and the Batmobile looks great! Also, looks like the hood should be easy to customize.

Gwen and Miles are surpporting characters in the Spidey and His Amazing Friends series so that’s why we’re seeing much more of them in upcoming sets. Same reason why Iron Fist, Nova, White Tiger and Power Man were in the Ultimate Spider-Man sets. I’m pretty pumped for any Lego incarnation of Rhino, but I agree, a big fig would’ve been much better. It makes sense why they went with the minifigure, though. I’ve watched Spidey and His Amazing Friends with my two-year-old and Rhino is about the same size as everyone else.

Ah man, I didn’t realize the synopsis of the movie was based on the astronaut that inspired the toy. That kind of bums me out. I was really hoping for some Lightyear vs Zurg clashing in the movie.

I think we’ll have to wait for reviews with images before making that decision. There just haven’t been any clear images of Batman next to the Batmobile, IMO. The Batman minifig appears to be standing a ways away in back of the Batmobile on the back side of the box. The minifig looks great inside of the Batmobile on the front side of the box, though. I’m very anxious to get my hands on the Batmobile next month to see for myself.

Hahaha I love this. Get used to THELEGOBATMAN having all the answers to unreleased movies. He seems to think that the internet never lies. I often have to sit back and chuckle when I read this forum. I’ve gotta ask, does the Empire magazine cover confirm the sixth member of the Sinister Six? I believe we knew about the following members being in NWH based on the first trailer: - Doc Ock - Green Goblin - Electro - Sandman - Lizard And the Empire magazine cover has seemingly confirmed Mysterio will be in the movie. Hmmm 🤔

I like the new Flash suit, too. I like the homage to the New 52 suit with the speed lines. I think it'll look better to some when the CGI and color grading have been polished for the big screen.

I think once the X-Men are in the MCU, that’s when merchandise, toys, etc. are gonna take off again. But I think we still got a couple years before that happens. We know we’re getting Fantastic Four, Blade, Moon Knight and a long list of other super heroes before the X-Men come along. I’ve seen a lot of theories/rumors that suggest the X-Men are coming sooner than later but I’m not convinced they’re true. My guess is Lego is feeling the waters with this Wolvie mech or a designer that really loves Wolvie begged for his inclusion as a mech (similar situation with how we got Daredevil in the Bugle). I just don’t think we’re going to get any big comic sets before we get MCU sets but I hope I’m wrong.

I too noticed on that promo image that Matt Reeves shared that the logo wasn’t accurate, so that posters probably not the way to go for source material. That all makes sense. Thank you! As for modifying my Batmobile, I am crazy excited! I think I’m going to stick with the windscreen Lego provides and really only update the hood and wheels of the car. I think the back of the car with the engine looks AMAZING so no updates needed there. I hate flick or spring loaded shooters, though, so that’s definitely gotta go on the front for me haha

@TheBatstan I couldn't help myself, I bought Gervant Riviiskiy's The Batman Batmobile instructions and I've been making some big plans to update Lego's version when it comes out. Definitely going to use his designs for the hood as well as the rims on the wheels. I can't wait! Do we think the blue fire exhaust is accurate? Was Lego trying to differentiate The Batman Batmobile from Ghost Rider's Charger or was Lego probably given concept art that reflected the blue fire exhaust? My guess is the latter because the technic Batmobile has blue fire exhaust as well but any images/footage I've seen of the Batmobile shows orange. Here's an example:

I hope the suit they use for Wolvie is a little different than the 2012 suit, just because I already have that one but I'll be happy for the fans that weren't able to get it when it came out. Here's mine. I took the cowl from the gold and brown suit and added it to the gold and blue suit. I also added the shoulder pads from the Mark 30 Iron Man. I think it looks great.

Think I’m going to go with the black cape from the Mandalorian battle pack. I like the narrowness of the cape and the straight bottom seems more accurate to Battinson.

Good luck to you, my dude. I too was in my “dark ages” when the 2015 wave came out and had to go through finding all those sets without spending a buttload of dough. 76026 was my holy grail that took ages to find at a reasonable price.
