  1. Got a question for anyone and everyone: I got the Daily Bugle set and I’m loving it. I never picked up the Sanctum Sanctorum (76108) and now I’m kicking myself. Should I pick up the set on Bricklink or EBay? Is it worth it? My hesitations are that I already own all the minifigures included in the set so I would only be buying it for the building and I’d be kicking myself again if they ended up releasing a modular-type set for Sanctum Sanctorum someday.
  2. I’d say wait until they come to the US if you don’t want to pay a buttload for shipping but that’s just me.
  3. Spider-Woman got casted a couple days ago for Into the Spider-Verse 2. I hope that means we’ll see Spider-Woman in a future Lego set someday. I shouldn’t complain because a new minifigure is always a great addition to a new set but I personally would’ve preferred Spider-Woman over Firestar in the DB. Maybe my thoughts would’ve been different if Iceman was included.
  4. Man, you guys are making me so jealous of the new Marvel sets. Super pumped to get those. Not willing to pay a buttload for shipping so I’ll wait. I can’t tell, is the new Cap Marvel’s torso red or dark red? I’m wondering if the CMF Wildlife Photographer’s legs will look good or off. 🤔
  5. Decided to take my Ethan Hunt's arms off to check them out on Punisher. Damn, I love how this looks: Can't decide which hair I like more, though.. Upgraded my Blade as well:
  6. I'd definitely call lego and get replacements. They'll hook you up. My Daredevil's torso has print defects and I'm not letting that slide for a $299.99 set. Check out @TobyAis Flickr page: Oh, oops you said dual molded black and flesh arms. I guess this is sorta close. My bad
  7. My store told me they were getting 40. How early do you think I need to be there to get one? Sorry, I'm quite new at getting sets the day of.
  8. Ditto and ditto. Would love to see classic Yondu from Lego Marvel Superheroes 2 Thank you!!!
  9. There is a better option that Captain Nemo has already shared: I'm with all the others on here. Please do not discuss upcoming movie rumors, leaks, gossip, etc.. I am one of those viewers that watches the teaser and then holds off on all other trailers, sneak peaks, etc. until I've seen the movie. I personally like to go into the movies blind. Let's discuss Lego sets in the Lego thread.
  10. I wish everyone good luck with preordering the Daily Bugle tomorrow! (I say tomorrow because preorders will go up May 26, 12am ET, I believe, and I’m located in an area with a mountain time zone)
  11. It was cool to see a brief appearance of Kit Harrington. I have my doubts but I hope we get to see him as Black Knight in this movie.
  12. Haha I wouldn’t count on it.
  13. He wanted to add Johnny Storm. That would’ve been cool because Peter and Johnny are really good friends but I think Firestar was a great, obscure choice.
  14. I think it's mostly not what Lego said no to but what Disney/Marvel said no to.
  15. I’m curious about this, too. I’m assuming only online?
  16. I'm so pumped for the Daredevil minifigure. I know it's kind of funny saying this considering my name and profile pic but Daredevil's always been my fav Marvel character. I've been waiting such a long time to get some sort of representation of Daredevil in Lego form and it's finally happening! Now I just gotta make sure I can order it quick.
  17. Yeah, it's huge! It's going to be weird to see the Daily Bugle towering of the Tower of Orthanc lol
  18. I'm sorry but I disagree. I'm definitely on the side where I think a big fig Kingpin would look excellent, especially considering we'd get a comic version of him if we did get one. I understand the argument for a minifig size of Vincent D'Onofrio's Kingpin but that'll never happen. A minifigure sized Kingpin would end up looking too much like Lex Luthor, while a Hagrid sized Kingpin would just look silly and not likely from Lego.
  19. The Daily Bugle is very much a love letter to Spider-Man and appears to be created by a big Spidey fan, which is why we have all these cool nods and Easter eggs to the comics and movies. While it's really cool to see the appearance of Miles Warren in a Lego set, I don't think it will warrant a b-list re-occuring villain from the 90s to be in a set. More than anything, I hope I'm wrong. I would much rather see these obscure, unique villains over the usual Doc Ock, Green Goblin, Venom and Carnages. I hope it happens. We've got a white man-bat. So why not a white werewolf, too?
  20. I think Jackal and Man-Wolf are probably unlikely but I'd really want to see Electro in his more common costume and a big fig Rhino and Kingpin.
  21. Bummed we're not getting classic Gwen Stacy and no Mary Jane but all of the other minifigs look amazing! One of my local toy stores has three Spider-Helicopter Rescues (76016) for affordable prices. Glad I snagged one for the Luke Cage and Mary Jane minifigs.
  22. I think I'd rather have a Hall of Justice or Wayne Manor over a Daily Planet
  23. Spider-Woman has a red and yellow costume, Firestar is red and yellow. I imagine it’s pretty easy to make mistakes if you’re looking at blurry images.
