  1. is it just the ship or the truck as well? not sure if i will buy this set just because it has unique color bricks. i hope they re-releases older sets like this. i am guessing this may be profitable for them due to no (or minimal) development cost.
  2. wow...259.99 for shuttle? I guess it's "cheaper" than 10195 but still...make that $199.99!!! :)

I'd vote for LEGO truck. LEGO truck with a small LEGO shop could've been nice.
  4. My thoughts as well. It's on his wish list and he isn't using that to make money or anything. It will be great if he can give credits to owners but I don't see a reason why he should be banned. Also, it should be your responsibility to watermark images that you post. This becomes a completely different story if he simply took off the original watermark and post it as if it's his own creations. My 2 cents.
  5. 1) No 2) Individual 3) Roman Colosseum 4) UCS street/race car (very large sets like star wars UCS) 5) Return of the Model Team or equivalent to late 1990s to early 2000s' "old school" Technic line (or both combined) will be great. Creator seems to be a little bit soft compare to the Model Team. Lastly, Formula theme will be great since there have been very few sets related to Formula.
  6. wow. how many PFs have you used to create this? something totally new. love it!
  7. wow never seen that kind of vehicle before. pretty cool and detailed!
  8. Oops. :x Thank you!
  9. I have a quick question to OP. You said you "lifted" the top lid and had an access to LEGO. Are these boxes for MF not sealed? I was a little bit confused when you said "lifted the top lid." I am just curious if it's possible for one to just take the certificate and sell it as "new" if there aren't any seals. Thanks in advance
  10. Will he be posting here or somewhere else? Just wondering :)
  11. Can you at least share your rendering once it's finished? I'd love to see that! You do an awesome work!
  12. where's this survey? is it still available? :)
  13. hows FB score? you can probably tell if it's genuine or fake LEGO based on package and product (i hope)
  14. ...what you building?
  15. I am assuming that you built this model. Did you run into problems when you were looking for parts? I know it's mainly based on 5571, which I don't have. I will have to get parts off of BrickLink if I need to. Thanks.
  16. ended up ruining LEGO with simple 3% in less than a day. cracks everywhere and still yellowed. waste of $5. :(
  17. yes. 4 studs are reinforced (4 studs are connected by "walls as shown in that picture). i wasn't sure if one is "better" than the other when you build MOCs.
  18. Is there a difference between 3747 and 3747b? According to Peeron, 3747b is the one with the reinforcement. Is it always better off getting 3747b since it will be more "rigid"? It can't make that much of a difference but just wondering. Thanks.
  19. I am using 3% from a pharmacy store with Oxyclean lol The highest that I can even find is 12% (40 volume). Currently, parts are submerged in hydrogen peroxide and oxyclean (exposed to light). I couldn't find any info on the purpose of the gel that was mentioned and I don't have an access to UV lights so I just put it near the window. It's been about 10 hours. If it doesn't work, I may have to do this properly...
  20. From what I've been told or read from the links, 100% isn't necessary (in fact the concentration doesn't make significant difference). It's quite difficult to get anything above 40% vol (from beauty supply). I am not sure if I am supposed to leave this out in the open after everything is poured in.
  21. can you just use hydrogen peroxide with oxy to get same result? (without using gly and xanthan)
