Is this sturdy enough so that you can hold with 2 hands without breaking anything? I've never built anything this big so I was wondering. I am gathering parts to create this. :)

they didn't have parts that was made in 2000. i doubt that they have one.

Hi, What years did LEGO produce 10030 (ISD)? I know it started in 2002 to 2004 in old gray then changed to bley. I wasn't sure what year they discontinued (2004 to ?). Thanks.

Do you have his gallardo? I didn't see any non-official LEGO on your website (Han's Pritnoth Leitwolf NT, the tow truck (model team + technic) etc.). Are you planning to include those on your website as well? I am still looking for parts to finish Prinoth Leitwolf :(

well i meant just this summer. i agree. they need to release super sets not only under creator but as well as in other themes like racers, technic, etc.

yeah i know. i think crowkiller sent him all necessary documents to create one. i am already low on budget with all these sets that i have to buy from LEGO this summer! at least this wont be discontinued, right? me neither. i wonder what colors can be used without painting bricks..

Hm. It really depends on what you like. If you want your model to "exactly" match with the "real" thing, your mod is definitely better. However, for LEGO sales and purposes of "colorfulness", your mod makes this model quite dull. I am sure that you notice this as well. Just by switching green arches around the body, the model is more enjoyable to look at. Not that I own any Slave I or a fan of non-UCS models (not entirely but mostly) but I think LEGO did the correct thing. If I had to vote, I'd vote for yours because I don't really care about this color factor. I want my models to be as similar as possible to the "real" thing.

I've not been a huge fan of gallardo but this is my must-get item. I am guessing the instruction will be on sale for couple months(?). I'd probably stay as a pure LEGO enthusiast and use black wheels instead of chrome. I am not a bling bling guy. A+ model!

definitely buying this. i guess LEGO is ditching ferrari for now(?) and jumping into lamborghini. UCS version of reventon or murcielago-lines will be nice!

No large scale like 4896 :( a bit of disappointment. Sonic boom looks nice. I am glad that they arent releasing amazing set under creator though. I have a long-list of LEGOs to buy from Star Wars and Technic already! :p Thanks for sharing!
