Maybe you heard there are some new rechargeable batteries as below: http://www.amazon.com/Soshine-LiFePO4-700mAh-Rechargeable-Batteries/dp/B00Z07RKWO/ref=sr_1_6?s=photo&ie=UTF8&qid=1449915598&sr=1-6&keywords=14500+3.2v+battery I want to use three such batteries with three dummy batteries in 9.6v for RCX or any PF devices, does this have any problems?

Great Layout!
-
Is this size about 3.2m X 1.6m ?
-
Can you share me your bbm file?
-
That gap is not a problem, I can use a baseplate to cover it.

I don't think that I can cut my tables:) they look like

Thanks for your idea! My room is in 3.25x2.55m, I tried to put some tables as below: http://upload.brickshelf.com/gallery/mikezang/Layouts/img_0529.png http://upload.brickshelf.com/gallery/mikezang/Layouts/img_0530.png http://upload.brickshelf.com/gallery/mikezang/Layouts/img_0531.png http://upload.brickshelf.com/gallery/mikezang/Layouts/img_0532.png http://upload.brickshelf.com/gallery/mikezang/Layouts/img_0533.png But your suggestion let me try to create a new design as below: http://upload.brickshelf.com/gallery/mikezang/Layouts/img_0538.png Which one is better?

Did anyone use all curve tracks included ME Models track? I just designed a loop layout that used all curve tracks! But I am very sad because I can't play it at my home:( My tables are shorter than 3m. Do you have any idea?
-
Great idea! I like it and I will try some good challenge, too.

Wonderful! is this a 8 wide train?
-
It is not easy to move If the size is too large, I think 48x48 is better because largest baseplate is that size so that it is stable:)
-
Amazing! what size of your module? 32x32 baseplate? or 48x48?
-
Is this a 10 wide train? can you share your LDD file?

The old IBM usb to serial adapter is not so good, so that I bought new one. I think you can buy one because it is cheaper, I spent 1000JPY. -
About Lego RCX
mikezang replied to mikezang's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
For answer your question, I prepared three towers, 6 RCXs(others's contact are corroded by bad batteries fluid, I have no time to clean them) with new batteries. image 1 Then I already bought a new USB to serial adapter instead old IBM one because I am afraid that is bad. image 2 Here is Tokyo at 5pm, Now I start to test them with 1st tower for 6 RCXs... Unbelievable! All 6 RCXs are successful to download brickOS!!!! The difference is now I test them at 5pm, until last day I tested them at midnight, I am not sure if this is effected by room light? Anyway, thank for your question so that I can save all my babies to be use again to my Lego Train Auto Control System. -
