  1. Going a bit off topic: who is going to legoworld this year? A very small chance that I'm going this year, I went to it last year and in 2004....
  2. Flying Dutchman's ship?! Too bad not the POTC variant :-D Let's hope they didn't use the 4+ hull....
  3. A picture of that ship would be nice *sweet*
  4. Brick 'n mortar look??
  5. LEGOworld in Zwolle, Holland I guess, I was there in 2004 so I saw it, I was hours spending on looking at it, there was also a lengthend(how do you write it!) 7075 in a bowl of water. Very big collection really cool. I regret that I forgot my camera! I see a vague logo on the paper on the table, it looks like the '''De bouwsteen'' logo...
  6. It is big! Do you know why it is black with light gray??
  7. That's reaalllyyy cool!!!! Very immpresive!!! there is a treasure in the mountain! Lots of monkeys....
  8. I am terrible sorry that I haven't posted in this thread yet, sorry Apo! 8-| Well, that is a stunning MOC you have there mate, I love the details, like the islanders hiding in the bushes and the half buried treasure and all the chests. The palm trees look very good, the coconuts are made of brown minifigs heads right? The bridge is a very nice touch to the MOC. I didn't realise Islanders are this cool, someone needs to do something cool with it before you realise it, thanks for sharing!
  9. When I was a little kid, I was afraid of the crocodile who ate captain Hook, in a film called: Hook.... But the things I fear most now, are teachers!!!
  10. A local book shop I think, got it last year for my birthday...
  11. Nope! We certainly don't!
  12. Wait for what??
  13. If you want clear ship reference, I strongly reccomend you to buy this book, I got this book and it is a great information source for tall ships. It explains alot about ships from the first boat(canoe) to the big cruiseships like the Queen Mary II, in between there are the sailing ships off course....over 2000 illustration, I think that is enough...
  14. Indeed it is, 2 Islander MOCs in one hour! Islanders are a nice change in the Pirate MOC forum, (however I still don't understand what is wrong with ships) the tower looks nice, but where exactly is the lookout spot?? Only one pic you gave us and that is one out of the sky, so I don't have a clear view... Very inspiring, maybe I'll make a islander MOC soon!
  15. Here is the post... The ship deserves a better name!!! Okay, it does look like a wooden shoe a bit because of the square shape of the hull, but despite of that it deserves a better name. Mr Legeaux, your ships are great but what is wrong with you if it comes to names!! You give them wrong names!! For example this ship, and don't forget le Mis
  16. Did he had those in the movies?? NVM I would like to do the job, but my computer with the photo editing software crashed, and my dad doesn't wants the stuff on his comp...
  17. Yezzz...but not all of them yet :-$
  18. Ah yes one of my favorites, great details, and I like the use of SNOT for water. I was hopless in love with the ships of Stephen Rowe His page Specially on this one! Major isnpiration for the HMS Unpredictable were his MOCs, great builder. I am surprised there is no thread about the Scimitar yet. But I'll take care of that later ;-)
  19. Mr Phes, maybe you should start with updating your own BS folders :-P You must to give the right example you know...
  20. So they said that there won't be pirate theme soon, told you that you might be interested in pirate lego and they teased you with 4+ and duplo??
  21. I thought I mentioned some MOCs on the table, but after looking more closely they appeared to be pirate sets wich weren't familiar to me...
  22. Except for the space MOCs on those pages, I looked them all....
