That's right, I need to see it before I can really judge. It seems that LEGO is into new themes, so we pirates might make a chance, it is going well with LEGO, the quality keeps raising, still some <insert that tiresome argument>, unrealistic stuff and offcourse the grey to bley, and brown to reddish brown changes(what isn't as bad as bley). Maybe we get some BaronSat like sets, fingers crossed for a new pirate line( a good one off course).

I believe the Victory HAS got a sterncastle....

The characters are bad, and the plot is vad as well, the captain redbeard is a bit of an idiot and broadside is a fancy guy who always sits on a throne and let others do his tasks, while he should be battling pirates to protect his coast...

The kraken is not an overgrown octopus, it is more like a mutated octopus, an octopus doesn't have teeth... I don't know if the kraken is limited to 8 tentacles, but this is not a kraken...It would be cool to see a kraken with the dead men chest colour scheme...

Yes I've been there long long ago, It was such a bad board, like you said, your posts need to go thorugh a group of moderaters and that can take verrryyy long, besides, that of imperial guards and pirates was no interesting topic at all! Again I say it, We want pirates back, and LEGO probarly knows that, they should be nice and create us a proper pirate line!!!!!!

I was never entirely sure they were intended to be cannons on the Skulls Eye Schooner. Nobody, said there was anything wrong with them, did they? Sorry maybe I misunderstood you a bit when you said merely... But lots of people here seem not to like custom cannons, but I don't think there is anything wrong with it...

IMO, the only things he should change, are the fore castle, and the bow itself... it seems very strange to me that it suddenly gets that low, headrails could do the job..

Here ya go, I know there are only 6 cannons, but with the other side also armed, it would be 12...

That's true that the CC has 2 cannons, but it CAN mount 4 cannons, and the CC is small in comparison to the BSB, so it would be more realistic if it was heavier armed...

I usually use that flag because of the sake of having a flag :-P But when I want to have a French flag, I really want to have a French flag, the one with the red-white-blue, this flag is more for bases or armies, IMO. And you say that there are no soldiers on the ship, but if it is supposed to be a French flag, why do there need to be soldiers on the ship??

Sorry, I should have mentioned that you have to use custom cannons for that, but schooners and sloops weren't as heavily armed as bigger ships like frigates, and besides, the lego ships were quite underarmed, don't you find it strange that a the big BSB is armed the same as the CC? with a small modification, the BSB can easily mount 6 to 8 cannons. And I am talking about the scale of my own MOCs, like the Red Peril, if you look closely you see that she can easily mount 12 custom cannons.
