  1. Works perfectly to me Mr Phessie! Still showing Beligum instead of Belgium though.
  2. Port Courageux you say? Well, you can expect some guests in that case! As for the actual port, from what I can see it looks absolutely stunning.
  3. Ofcourse it is OK! Especially on ship crews it would at least look nice. Havin only yellow crew-men on a big Caribbean pirate ship seems unrealistic to me. And as mentioned before, they have been doing it with Duplo from the start. Did TLC get sued for that? Did Playmobil get sued for having racial diversity? As for Asian minifigs, you could always use the heads from the Orient Expedition and Ninja sets. Who cares about them being yellow? Not all Asian people have a skin that much darker than Caucasian poeple.. Besides, like Sandy mentioned earlier, we're not TLC, If we want racial diversity in our MOCs, who's gonna stop us? And the fleshie heads, well.. you could always use those for zombies, sea-people etc....
  4. Gah, for Davy Jones' sake, why do those soldiers have to be bluecoats. Just when I'm in need of red coats! Great chance for BlueCoat lovers to expand their army though. If you need them, now is the time to bid!
  5. Waoh , it seems Cap'n Greenie has got some serious competition! Must have missed the latest update. This ship is absolutely beautiful! Great modular design, and I love the size comparison with the dog! I agree 100% with Boney, this ship is shaping up to be the best LEGO frigate ever made.
  6. It's really shaping up to be a true masterpiece Cap'n! That hull is absolutely stunning! The tiles give it a very smooth look. Those interior bits are also magnificent!! I can't wait till you start with the top of the ship! Excellent...!
  7. Wow Teddy, that's one hell of a ship! Impressive, exceptionally impressive. Finally some-one building the mighty HMS Victory. And the builder is Dutch!! So, could you tell us how long this mammoth is at this stage? Knowing the length of the real HMS Victory could be a fun fact too. Best of luck finishing this beast! I have a feeling it's going to be a reall beauty.
  8. Oh yes, I was going to update it last week . I haven't had the time yet. And it appears my backups have dissapeared! Gotta find me that memory stick. But if anyone else would like to take the updating from me, that would be fine...
  9. Exactly my thoughts. I'm gonna split this topic in a moment
  10. That could be true, but with only 2 studs space between the guns there is no room left between two guns. And since one stud is aproxx one feet, you'd need at least 3 studs
  11. Brilliant!! Really outstanding. There's just nothing more to say about it.. It's lovely.
  12. Awesome work Swab! An exceptional ship you made. I've never seen one like this before. Your building style is really unique! I especially like the refreshing cabin construction. I really like the colourscheme you chose, very clever. I do agree with Phreddie though, a litte more space (3 or 4 studs rather than just 2) between those guns and it would be excellent! I've seen your work on Brickshelf some while ago, and there was a nice Brig in it as well. Are you also going to post that one?
  13. Well, welcome back Admiral! About time I'd say. How's life been? Too bad you don't do MOCs anymore! Ah well, let's hope you will in the future. I see, which car did you get?
  14. I'm a ladder And a technic tractor! How happy can a man get?
  15. ¡Felicitaciones amigos! Yes, very well deserved promotions. Keep it up!
  16. No need to be demanding mate.. But if you do want a mass of replies, you could try to take screenshots from your boat on a brighter background. From what I can see it looks not bad, but it would help if I could see it completely!
  17. So you really dismantled her.... Too bad, too bad. Ah well, like admiral Vilerhard would say: I'd rather see her gone than in the hands of the French! At least her pics will be preserved eternally in all her glory on Brickshelf!!
  18. I just returned from the LEGO store in Oberhausen. At first glance I thought it was made by a proffesional TLC Employee!! But then I saw your sigfig on the market street balcony Great work Holodoc, awesome! Wonderful interior could it be packed with more details?? Great! It already looks marvelous on the pics, but in real it's really quite stunning.
  19. And I'm gonna send you an other zillion pm's to bring it back up!! Yoynocrats, have you by any chance read EB Pirates Episode 2? Take a look, it contains some animated violence, blood and gore and even a little suggestivly themed scene. I guess you could go even further than that. You idea sounds quite fun actually, I for one think it can be strangily amusing to see how someone has made some extremely clever intestines
  20. HUzzah!!!! Dutch Pride on!!! At long last it's here! Finally the Dutch will be represented by a big ship (and considering the builder it's gonna be one mighty fine ship!!) The beginning looks very very good. That curve looks particularly professional! I really can't wait to see that beauty on an event. I will check this thread for updates everyday! Hoera!
  21. Welcome to EB Jessica! Lets hope you and your novels will be famous one day. Enjoy your stay.
