Great build! The hull shape and working features are well-done, and you've included a lot of other details making it look like a proper working ferry without being overly busy.

I guess the question is what overall size do you want the signpost to be? Different solutions if you're looking for something closer to minifig scale vs a foot-tall display piece. The Flag 3x8 element you mentioned makes me think you're going for something on the larger side?

I can't easily take and upload a picture at the moment, but I have it here in front of me and, if this helps, it's the full-round antistud. No cut-outs/notches. Thinner antistud wall thickness with the 4 spots at 90º from each other slightly thickened for clutch.

Those look pretty good... but they could use some more pearl gold. Seriously, though, it's quite an impressive looking group and the paint job on those cheap elements looks great! The combined weapon for the general came out very nicely as well. It's a little thing, but the leaf on the standard-bearer's pole is a great touch.

That is weird. Assuming it didn't end up there from some other part of your collection getting into the build area, I wonder if it's a total fluke or if more folks have that same extra element for some reason. None of the online inventories seem to list it as either a needed or extra part, so it can't be too widespread...

That's a fun topic for sure! I've tinkered with exactly that in my spare time for a few years now- using the Futuron torsos as stand-ins for roughly TNG-era Federation uniforms, and ditto on using "alien" minifig parts from various other themes for different species in my crews. Also, the Elves hair pieces with molded ears for Vulcans! I replaced the Starfleet delta with the Classic Space logo on pennants and other Starfleet insignia as part of the mashup. Might be a little round-about, but this is the first thing that came to my mind: 1. Export a CSV parts list from Studio 2. Since that contains the element ID, color, etc., it should be trivial to use those values in a spreadsheet to construct the URL for the image of the part in the correct color on a site like Bricklink. e.g. The standard URL format for the part image is: https://img.bricklink.com/ItemImage/PN/[COLOR_CODE]/[PART_NUMBER].png 3. Once you have the URL created, there are a number of tools and plugins that will pull the image directly into a cell in the spreadsheet, like this one: https://www.extendoffice.com/product/kutools-for-excel/excel-insert-display-image-from-url-path.html That wouldn't work for your custom parts, but would be quick to get the standard parts into the format you're talking about.

How small a space are we talking about here? Can you give an example- photo / illustration of where you need the 2.5 plates so we can see what there is to work with? There are some potential options depending on the available space under and adjacent to the spot in question. For instance, if there's room to work with to secure them, a brick is 2.5 plates wide and some brackets are 2.5 plates in one dimension, so if you can place either of those elements with the side stud facing up you end up with a flush, no-gaps stud facing in the same plane at 2.5 plates high.

Official sets by Lego-specified piece count here: https://brickset.com/sets/query-45 As noted above, the mosaic has the most pieces, but if you look at piece count plus amount of plastic you get across those pieces, the largest set is the Titanic coming in at 14kg / 30.9lbs.

If it were me, I'd send the seller a message letting them know, and perhaps purchase the other minifig as well and even-out the price between them to what it should have been for both (maybe with a small discount since they won't need to pay for return shipping as well as sending the correct minifig, and it was their mistake). No extra hassle shipping the other one back to them if it's one you wanted anyway, and nobody is any worse off overall.

This is great! You captured the look beautifully, even with the color choices. The front end came together nicely, and things like the curved slopes on the underside are subtle but really add to the look.

Lots of info about it out there- just search for "Lego Overwatch Influencer Kit" and you'll get there. I don't know if there's a good source for how many were made, but this is really just the outer box shown in your picture, an "exclusive" Tracer minifig (the guns are a different color not produced otherwise, but the minifig itself is not unique), and a regular copy of the 75973: D.Va & Reinhardt set. I personally wouldn't say the value is particularly high since only the outer box and the 2 drum lacquered gold gun elements are unique and there's likely not huge demand for that from enough people to push the value up.

That's quite nice, and good choice of color as well. The front grill and rounding out the back of the cab really take the whole thing up a notch.

Came here to say the same thing. Not sure how many folks would want to buy specific Duplo pieces they way we do for System/Technic stuff, but there's definitely a market for it in general. I would suggest perhaps offering bricks in lots, and maybe even not taking the time to inventory by color if the demand isn't there. That is, offer 10x 2x4 bricks in a lot, sold as random colors, and decent but not necessarily pristine condition so you don't have to spend hardly any time on picking orders. Also, find what shipping box works for the Duplo dimensions so you can do that efficiently. Just my initial thought on it. Obviously you'd want to inventory minifigs and other more interesting parts individually and see if there's any interest in them, but I do think the highest demand would be for more "standard" bricks in quantity. For anything you don't want to sell that way, absolutely consider donating them or even throwing up a large mixed lot for a nominal price, plus shipping for someone who wants it vs trashing it!
