  1. Jess walked into the Library, and was assaulted by the smell of old books, ink, and fine leather. Jess took it in for a few moments, a smile on her face. After Jess had taken a considerable amount of time enjoying the smell of the Library, she remembered that she was here to gain knowledge, and not just to stand and enjoy the smell. Jess waved at Byblos, the strange looking librarian. She then found a scroll, with short descriptions of the Veterans inscribed on its papyrus pages. One in particular interested her the most. "Byblos?" Jess began. Byblos looked up from his book. "Yes, my lady?" "Could you tell me more about Lady Luck?"
  2. Jess was awoken from her slumber by a big Norse man. "'Lo," Jess said sleepily. Jess accepted the drink that was offered to her with a flash of gratitude. "Thank'e. I need a good drink to wake me up," Jess said, draining her drink in a few large gulps. Feeling refreshed, Jess asked with a smile, "who might you be?" Jess sat for a while, but noticed that the Norseman had left. Frowning, Jess decided to go to the Library.
  3. I'm pretty glad that that scene didn't make the cut. I don't really like the dialogue here. Is it just me, or would this scene seem to be out of place in the movie?
  4. "The Hinckwells may not be dearly beloved, but at least they're pretty honest, unlike those Shadeaux I'm hoping to work for."
  5. "Hm. Even though Quest 5 sounds absolutely stunning with that amazing-sounding cave, I'll go ahead and sign up for Quest 4."
  6. "Now that's a thing we could have found useful! We navigated pretty well without it, though," Jess said, laughing.
  7. Jess accepted the plate of beef a server had offered her. Jess looked around at Tesni's prompting, and marveled at all the new faces. "Indeed, there are quite a few new faces around here. Should make for some interesting stories later!" Thinking about what all the other heroes were wanting, Jess said "It's nice, being a veteran of a successful quest, isn't it? I do believe that we have some admirers!"
  8. "I'm sure he's doing great. I can't wait to see him again!" Jess took a drink of her ale, and called for a plate of food.
  9. "Greetings, Tesni! Here, take the seat by me," Jess said, excited to see her friend. "Now what's this nonsense about taking a spot from a new hero? I'm sure that both quest could use a strong fighter such as yourself. Those strangers sound menacing, and those sounds could probably use a good bashing with Cryfder!"
  10. "Who said it was summer? I was just saying that I liked them in the summer," Jess replied with a confused look on her face.
  11. "I like caves! They're nice and cool in the summertime."
  12. Jess walked into Heroica Hall after her jaunt at the marketplace. Jess looked at the questboard, but decided against signing up for either, even though Quest #5: Cave Sounds looked really cool. Jess saw her friends sitting at that magical table in the corner, and pulled up a chair of the endless supply of chairs. Jess grinned at Tarn, and began to recount her experiences of the quest. "Our quest went well," Jess said, wrapping up her story. "I got quite a bit of loot, and I ended up with enough money to upgrade Blohdhurm!" Jess unsheathed the sword, and laid it on the table. "It's very fine craftsmanship, that Anwyl is a genius," a very satisfied Jess proclaimed.
  13. Jess walks up to the Smithy. "Hello there, Anwyl. I'd like to sell this Bone Dagger for 20 gold. It's nice and strong, but I just can't let go of Blohdhurm." Jess Sold the Bone Dagger for 20 gold. "Now, could you upgrade Blohdhurm for me? I'd like it to go up to WP:5." Jess handed over 90 gold to get the job done. After a considerable waiting period for Anwyl to do his smithing thing, Jess received Blohdhurm. Jess hefted the sword, admiring the beauty of Anwyl's craftsmanship. "Thank you Anwyl, you've done a fine job!" Jess exclaimed excitedly. Sheathing Blohdurm, Jess raced back to Heroica.
  14. "Alright, I'll gladly attack Ant A from the Front Row!"

Yeah, it's kind of nice. I always thought of you as "Bob" when I read your name anyway, so this is kind of just making it official. :P

Got tired of the constructing job?

  17. "'Bartholomew' is just way too formal. Get used to it, I'm calling you Barty from now on."
  18. "I think you should get it, Barty. You just killed the scarecrow, and you've been a pretty fair party leader so far, so treat yourself to an artifact."
  19. "Ugh, I really didn't want to take those ants down. The Scarecrow for me then."
  20. I'm there. 1. I've been in Eurodina, RSM, and Def's The Coming Darkness, most notably. I've also been in two of Shadow's massacres, and have won one. 2. I have absolutely no life, so no, nothing will conflict. 3. Hm. Tough one. Probably... This guy: Because I feel his pain. I've been in exactly his situation, only in a Falcon costume. 4. Red Dawn. Great movie, I just love it.
  21. "Let's kill this thing, Christopher! For the cornfield! I'll target the Scarecrow!"
  22. Pwned. That reminds me, I need to open up Word and work on my intro. Thanks for the inadvertent reminder.
  23. I was told you were... Huh. Yes, I am hosting a quest after ours is done.
  24. I meant that we'll probably be hosting at about the same time, since we're hosting after we're done with this quest that we're on together.
  25. Actually, I think we'll be using it right at the same time, since we're on the same quest. That's fine, I don't imagine that many people have, to be honest.
