This evening Ace has done some more updates which should fix the remaining issues with some of the email domains. These changes will need ~1 day to take full effect (due to reasons of caching). When did that new post come? If it happened during the time we had the email issues then that's the explanation. But now everything should be ok, especially for those using gmail like yourself. I checked our log for your email and didn't see anything wrong (nothing in the queue and no undelivered msgs).

Gmail notifications are again working now. Do you want me to update your old account with a new email address? Pls PM me if needed.

I have investigated and I can see that the emails for you (27 in total) are hanging in our email queue. In total there are 500+ messages hanging in the queue, for mostly these domains : hothbricks.com, gmx.de, mail.com, web.de, wevu.com, stablemail.igg.biz, t-online.de, suddenlink.net. I've requested our server expert Ace to have a look.

We just did several more changes with our server expert Ace and right now we need to test and provide feedback. So please post here if the email notifications now work for you (or don't work). If it doesn't work: Do they not arrive? Are they going to your spam folder? Thanks for providing feedback!

All email issues should be solved now. Please test and report in this topic. Thanks! EDIT: looks like there are still problems with gmail. We are further investigating. It's anyhow useful if you can start reporting if email notifications work or don't work for you.

Morten, you don't have to do the booking online. Instead you need to send an email for the booking and they will reply to you with a link for the payment. This procedure is explained in the event information topic which also contains an example email.

In order to solve this issue a new email account has been created. The forum will now use admin@eurobricks.com for sending emails.

How are we doing with the reservations for the rest of the chalets? Don't forget that at the end of this month the chalets will no longer be pre-reserved for us, so don't wait too long. Now that 2016 has arrived the event suddenly feels a lot closer

Thanks for confirming. This means chalet 5 is completely confirmed and booking can start. Snefroe, can you contact your chalet mates to collect the money and next do the booking? The price for all the adults will be 1497.2 DKK (or after conversion with xe.com that makes 200,7 EUR per person). For the 12 year old this will be 100 DDK less (25 DDK/day less due to the breakfast being only 65 DDK for him vs 90 DDK for adults). So he pays 1397.2 DDK or 187.2 EUR.

Hey Calanon, Readhead, glad you are coming again to the EB event! Since you've signed up as nr 41 and 42 I've put you both on the waiting list for some of the Monday activities. Should anyone from the first 40 not make it to the event (or doesn't follow all the Monday activities) you will be the first to get these spots. I think the event will definately be worth it, even without some of these activities. As for the chalet, let's wait a bit first to see if more people should sign up with whom you can share one.

Ok, thanks for the feedback. Almost everyone has confirmed. Once we have the ok for the chalet composition from JanetVanD and Morten we can proceed with all the bookings.

Christian, since your chalet (#6) is completely confirmed I suggest you send a PM to the people in it with your bank details so they can wire you the money. Once that's done you can book the chalet. All info you need is in the information topic.

Yes please. Earlier this week I've dropped my 'chalet mates' an email to collect their money for the chalet. Once it has arrived in the coming days I'll also book my chalet.

Can the people from chalet 4, 5 and 6 who don't have ok behind their names (see first topic, chalet overview) please confirm this is ok for them so we can proceed with the chalet bookings. Still to confirm are: Eiker 86, Morten, Snefroe, bricktect, JanetVanD, Rolli mom, Ras 74, Mechamike

Weird because our test showed no issues with this functionality. Does anyone else have this problem?

Ok, thanks. Marked as full. It seems to make a lot of sense to group the 5 remaining persons who'll arrive on Sunday in 1 chalet. That would be: Chalet 4 Eiker86 (candidate chalet responsible) Morten (candidate chalet responsible) LegoFjotten LEGO_duden Quarryman Total: 5 Would that be ok? If that were to happen then I have 10 persons remaining + Whitefang/Belun who will only be able to give final confirmation later. Leaving them out the equation for now we could do: Chalet 5 (grouping the remaining ladies, kid and Snefroe ) - Snefroe -> Sne, would you be ok to be chalet responsible? - bricktect - JanetVanD +1 (12years old) - Rolli mom Total: 5 Chalet 6 - Christian (chalet responsible) - Skalldyr - Puvel - Ras 74 - Mechamike Total: 5 Remaining: - Whitefang + Belun Did I miss anyone?
