  1. Welcome GamerX. I hope you'll enjoy it here on EB...
  2. After reading the "how it all began" thread, I was wondering how you guys actually found EB. Personally I found EB through www.exo-force.net while googling for Exo-Force news and forums.
  3. How old are you? It's just missions to make a battle more fun. Your posts are very hostile in nature. I suggest you take it easy from now on....
  4. It's much larger than I thought. Wowser, I have to get one...
  5. EXO-CHAMP

    Storm Ogre

I guess you've read my comments on the other forum, but I'll still like to say: COOL MECHA... Nice work. *y*
  6. Fantastic graphics I must say. Very nice work. My only gripe is: This is the Space and Mecha forum. One Hikaru mini-fig doesn't really do the mecha activity on these boards justice. But that's just me..
  7. Best mech you've ever built dill. Nice colour, very original cockpit design. The front shield looks very cool. *y* I don't like the under-arm gatling though. It seems erh... a bit out of place (don't know why).
  8. OOC: Bah. My title is much cooler. I've worked very hard to get it too. :-D
  9. Your statement actually proves that there's plenty of room for a conflict LEGO space themes other than SW. A theme where the user can make up his own universe and be creative, where SW is the opposite (fixed story-line, universe etc). Wether LEGO should do this or that. Well. The money (focus groups) will decide... LEGO's top 3 sellers are (I've heard): Bionicle SW Exo-Force All conflict oriented. When LEGO originally was very anti-violence that was also a business strategy. Parents wanted to protect their children from violent toys. Times has changed. LEGO must too in order to survive. It's really that simple... Like it/don't like it. That's another matter...
  10. Yes I do. I have a 6 year old step-son. I never questioned the effects of media and money on children. I merely stated that when chosing LEGO Licenced themes compared to other LEGO products you're already taking a step in the direction you were fleeing from. Standards are good. Are double standards even better? BTW: I'm a school teacher and constantly in contact with children of the age you are referring to, and from my observations Mr. Norro is spot on with his description...
  11. I would say that LEGO licenced themes are the least creative of the LEGO lines. They are mere dublications of excisting movies, cartoons, and video games. Funny that you pick a licenced theme as your favorite, when you advocate more creativity...
  12. Wow. That thing is soo cool. Amazing level of detail. How much work is he planning on doing on the interior?
  13. Oh man, that Xeno pulse rifle looks great...
  14. www.exo-force.net is an unofficial E-F web-site with news and finds. It has no forum but links to EB.
  15. Mahri? Do tell. What are those?
  16. I think it's a very good moc indeed. Good leg design, nice weapons and a great overall structure. Too many colours for my taste though...
  17. Just bought a nice Thunder Fury today (must be my fourth now- can't get enough).
  18. Try here instead: http://eurobricks.hosting.ipsyn.com/eurofo...?showtopic=7942
  19. Check out these cool MOCs from Daiman (not sure who this guy is - but he sure makes nice MOCS). http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=222647 My favorites must be the Field Gun and the Stinger.
  20. Have you changed your BZP name to "Hello"?
  21. I totally agree with this statement. Well said...
  22. I've just finished this MOC for the EB E-F combo contest. I found it most enjoyable, so now I'm thinking of another combo. Just bought a Thunder Fury and planning what else to buy.
  23. Maybe there will be a few cheap hull pieces on Bricklink soon. I was thinking of a Hovertank MOC for Exo-force. That piece would serve my needs perfectly.
  24. Eats-the-Trash on BZP owns a GG. He bought it in a Lego store in Bluewater UK.
  25. Please let me know if you do. ;-)
