  1. Does anyone have the exo-codes for Battle Arachnoid (My sticker says EXO472T8 but it doesn't work) and River Dragon (The code on my River Dragon opens up Chameleon Hunter insead) Sigh... Lego can't even get a few codes right....... >:-(

  4. This is sad news indeed. The new mechas are quite good compared to some of the trash TLC turned out in 07. I just bought two after discovering them on the shelves. If sales failed in 07 it's because TLC ruined a perfectly good theme with stupid shooting devices and disc throwers that didn't work. And most of all that terrible garbage truck aka Mobile Devastator... Urgh... Guess I'll join the ranks of the dispossed along with the pirates.....

  7. I agree. Aerobooster is the best set for the 2nd half of the year. These new sets look hmmm... strange... Not Exo-Force anymore really... Acording to Swiftone on BZP these picture don't do the set justice... But that's what they said about the Mobile Devastator and it looks like garbage IMO...

    That's a very nice collection indeed. Looks very impressive with 2 x Sentai Fortress linked together. I also have all the 06 and 07 sets (including the promos), but not the august releases although I can get them on S@H I'll wait for them to drop in price this time around (since I don't really like the sets except for Aerobooster).

  12. I really like those engines. My favorite part of this MOC. Why is there a red brick at the start of one enginge and a yellow at start of the other?
  13. Since I have a host of Uplinks I simply use Ryo's body and change the heads and/or hair. There's also a genki in Gate Assault btw.

  16. I thin that has to do with the fact that the SW line has to represent something we've already seen on movies. The MM line doesn't have to.
  17. Personally I don't put a value on the box. It makes no difference to me. Building instructions are much more important.
  18. The easy way would be to group them into battalions, squadrons and batteries.
  19. Since Lego is doing the Eifel Tower and Cafe, maybe they should do a British theme: 2-decker bus, Tower of London? This could include a bowler or two. Maybe even make the Beefeaters guards in mini-fig.

  22. What a wonderfull creation. So full of mysteri and stuff. Really like the way it opens up, and the overall feel of the creation. However there's a loose plate on the roof section. You might want to press it into place.

  24. Another idea concerning formations: General: Only the first rank in a coloum may fire. Only models in contact may fight in assaults. Models may only fire every other round to represent reload time. Coloumn: Max 5 models in front rank. Must have at least 3 ranks to claim coloumn formation. Two ranks may fight in assaults (disregard the General "contact to fight rule"). Add 1 to attack when targeting coloumns with cannon fire (massed infantry is more vulnerable). Line: Must be deployed in 2 ranks. Front rank firing, rear rank loading. A unit deployed in Line ignores the General reload time. Square: When defending against Cavalry double the models defence value. Maybe you could also use the morale stat when units are trying to change formation. More elite units would have less problems with adopting new formation under the stress of battle.
  25. A little something to add to your game: Formations: Coloumn: Execellent for march moving and assaults. Line: Excellent for max fire effect. Square: Excellent for repelling cavalry assaults. Maybe Limber/un-limber rules for artillery.
