  18. 9397 - Hood Mod Some photos of the mod I made to the hood on my 9397 Logging Truck. This required a couple of beams and two pins. Modification to allow 4 cylinder engine to run at the same time as the power functions motor. Standard (before the mod) Parts Needed First Step - Move Axel and break link to rear wheels Install brush Install gear Connect it back up Make sure it is not connected to the rear wheels or it will stall YouTube Video of finished product http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AM-OddGp51c&feature=youtu.be
  19. I have made a slight change to the front of my 9337 due to me not being happy with how the hood was opening so far. Photos on my blog: http://mizibunktechnic.blogspot.com.au/2012/08/21082012-9397-hood-modification.html
  20. Some really good ideas and suggestions in this thread. I am in the process of finding a new system to store all my bits and this thread has been really useful. Paul
  21. Progress photos of "Version 2" of my layout.
  22. I have just finished uploading some photos to my blog of the trailer I designed and built that goes behind my Unimog. This was a project that took me a couple of weeks, the version I am showing was the fourth version I built. My original plan was to have a tilting bed but the weight was too much so I changed this to rear loading ramps. My Blog
  23. I am too but basically as soon as you put anything in the claw, even a pen it would not turn at some points. I might strip it down over the holidays and see what else it could be. Paul
