I am in the process of building a scissor lift (http://www.coateshire.com.au/access-hire/scissor-lifts-hire/scissor-lift-electric-hire/). So far this is what I have built. Now this works well but it is VERY unstable when extended to the maximum with a lot of side to side movement at the top, even when the base is held solid. Other than making the whole thing lower or "double beaming", can anybody offer a way to reduce the movement at the top?

Thanks for the replies. Yes I will be publishing the results. I decided to keep everybody in the same. -
Funny you say that, I ran in to the issue of needing to shut down the M-motor while building / testing the loading conveyor, I thought I had killed it at one point, I am tempted to "upgrade" to the L-motor and see what difference it makes.

Reading various forums and groups it seems that most people are limited in their involvement in the LEGO hobby by "Time, Money and Space" or a combination of all three. I have created a very simple three question survey to see what the "normal" is for each of these and how different people's situations compare. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/QYD555W

I love the level of detail in this. -
Unimog Attachment - Field Plough I have recently completed my latest Unimog attachment, this is a field plough. I recently saw one of these in use behind a tractor and thought it would make a good attachment to go behind my Unimog. Over a few hours the last two nights I have built this. The building process was fairly easy and enjoyable except for trying to get the "lift and tilt" mechanism to work how I wanted, this was to both tilt the plough up and lift it. I am happy with the end result as can be seen in the photos and video below.

I really like that, a great level of detail. -
Unimog Attachment - Loading Conveyor I would like to present my latest Unimog attachment, this is a loading conveyor. While I have not been able to find any "real" Unimogs with this attachment I thought it was a good idea. As it moves continuously it would also make a good display at a Brixhibition in the future.
