(WIP) Hoth Battle - Minifig scale (Richboy AT-AT + more)
danielwerner replied to Fonne's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Nice! I'm actually thinking of doing this too. I've about 70% of the pieces for RichboyJhae's AT-AT, and I'm thinking of - after building it - expanding with some kind of Hoth scene. By the way, which do you think is the best and most accurate AT-AT? Richboy's or Cavegods? The latter is obviously bigger, but I heard it's very unstable and could collapse under it's own weight etc. -
[INSTRUCTIONS] Executor class Star Dreadnought
danielwerner replied to onecase's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Any time! :) Thanks for pricing the instructions reasonably, and not including many super-expensive pieces in the build (I think the LBG barrels are the worst, but it's hard to use anything else so I get it). Also: The part list on Rebrickable (linked in the other thread) - that's the correct one, right? I exported it a few minutes ago.- 127 replies

[INSTRUCTIONS] Executor class Star Dreadnought

Simply amazeballs! Not sure when I will have the time, money and space to build this, but buying the instructions now anyway. If nothing else, to show my support. :)- 127 replies

I would also love a parts list (prepared for bricklink if possible). Thanks a lot! :)

[REVIEW] Wicked Brick - 75192 - Millennium Falcon Stand
danielwerner replied to Jim's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I'm still a bit afraid to buy this one. Is there no risk of the Falcon tilting forward if nudged? Or the plates at the bottom slowly coming loose over time? I love how it looks, but I want it to be 100% safe from breaking. -
ISD Aggressor (Star Destroyer MOC w interior and instructions)
danielwerner replied to Raskolnikov's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Just wanted to doublecheck. Sorry if it's been asked before. I've recently learned about "illegal" building techniques - does this build use any? Should I worry that it will start to fall apart after a while? :) -
Awesome, thank you! Looking forward to the instructions. Again, great work!

Hmm that can’t be right; the whole model is 49 cm wide.

Haha, sorry, I was a bit unclear. I mean the length from the SIDE to the far side of the stand. So I know what depth I need for a shelf. :)

Thanks! Do you know the approximate length between one side of the build to the far side of the stands? Just so I know what shelf size I need. :)

Constrictor II - Imperial Interdictor (w Instructions)
danielwerner replied to Raskolnikov's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Your MOCs are super impressive as usual, Raskolnikov! -
That is one awesome build! A few questions though: How much does it weigh? How sturdy is it? And what shelf depth do I need AT THE LEAST to be able to display this? Thanks! :)

I like it (and the original MOC is awesome too)! Do you have the LDD file?

LEGO Star Wars 2018 Set Discussion - READ FIRST POST!
danielwerner replied to MKJoshA's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Regarding the 75181 UCS Y-Wing... I think it's a huge upgrade from the old UCS set, except one thing. Why does it have the gray/chrome parts locking the "wings" in place (at the front, where the orbs are)? In all pictures of the ship I can find it has the curved white parts which all other Lego sets have, except this one. Now it's suddenly straight chrome parts instead. Or am I missing something here? Can anyone explain? :) -
Stop whining about overpricing. The UCS Millennium Falcon for example, it costs 850 dollars in europe.
-
Darn. I was hoping on a imperial shuttle (lambda-class). And I didn't see the difference between the emperors shuttle and the imperial shuttle. My apologies to KimT, whom I seem to have offended. ;)
-
Okay, just to make things clear here: The new imperial shuttle, is it going to be based on Clone Wars and not the original trilogy? :( In that case, I'm buying one of the older sets.
-
Any news about the new AT-AT? How confirmed is it? Sorry if there aren't any recent new, I'm just so DAMN excited about it. Even $600 wouldn't stop me from buying it, if the pricing were so.

This is what the wampa looks like in the game, so it will probably look something like that. :)
