  18. Hello everyone, as promised some months ago I want to present my new industrial area with cement plant and the weigh station. Insired by @Ymarilego and after seeing other pictures of cement plants for H0 trains layout I wanted to create my own area. Combined with the Steel Mill now my lego city can count on the production of reinforced cement concrete Cement manufacturing is a complex process that begins with mining and then grinding raw materials that include limestone and clay, to a fine powder, called raw meal, which is then heated to a sintering temperature as high as 1450 °C in a cement kiln. In this process, the chemical bonds of the raw materials are broken down and then they are recombined into new compounds. The result is called clinker, which are rounded nodules between 1mm and 25mm across. The clinker is ground to a fine powder in a cement mill and mixed with gypsum to create cement. The powdered cement is then mixed with water and aggregates to form concrete that is used in construction. The cement plant has interiors and lights. The battery and the switch are hidden inside the main structure and silo Here are some photos of the cement plant and weigh station taken from various angles See you with my next project Thanks to @helos and @Toastie for their beautiful tipper wagons
