  1. Given that the Summer/Fall 2024 is such a long ways out; I am taking a shot at building a preview copy of @SleeplessNight's Mountain Fortress. (
  2. I purchased one of each the last few offerings. I see no reason this would change. I suspect that this will not last more than a few hours. If you want one, log in within the first hours of the sale.
  3. It is cute. I like the tree.
  4. I would assume $0.11 per piece. The production is a year out and LEGO prices only go up.
  5. My Winter Chalet (910004) and Modular Construction Site (910008) shipped!
  6. Leaks are often pictures of pictures, and usually pictures taken quickly in poor conditions.
  7. I was just charged for all five Series Three sets. US Shipping soon! 80% of the current entries should not have been approved. I voted for just 13 of the 375+.
  8. Got my vote. Top 3 for sure!
  9. Looks great. I prefer the 4,000 piece models, but this is cute.
  10. My top 10: #1 Brickwood Castle Another build from povoq. Not my favorite of his castles, see: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/a2bb5e22-b2bd-46b4-b4cd-ad8c9a6b89dd and https://ideas.lego.com/projects/a13ec681-7424-4d41-bd58-bb5e30f69c65. However this is the most production ready castle in bdp round 1. #2a) Medieval Joiner's Workshop I missed this the first time I scrolled. #2b) Medieval Street Everyday medieval life is often ignored, this starts to fix that. #3) Mountain Fortress Have we had a castle build in the winter time? The more I look at this the more I am considering this my #1. #4) Forest Citadel This looks like a great playset. #5) Castle Ambush So much going on here, another great playset. Forestmen Forestpeople! #6) Lennox Castle I have a weakness for symmetric castles that closes up. I like the addition of a court yard piece while it is opened up. #7) Wizard Tower Second thought, not sure why I have this so high. Something about it that makes me smile. #8) Royal Toll Bridge Interesting shape and something that has not been done at this scale before. #9) Old Glazier's Workshop Colorful, maybe too colorfull. #10) Imperial Outpost This would be higher up of it was in the castle era.
  11. Great summary. I would move https://www.bricklink.com/v3/designer-program/series-1/99/Forest-Citadel to the top list.
  12. Looks great. Well done. I am on the opposite side of the argument here. I prefer a large castle every few years over a full line. Both would be great!
  13. Making it open on one side is the only way to keep it under 4K methinks. But the problem is that this castle looks good from all angles.
  14. This is beautiful. I too have been working on a Lichtenstein moc for some time. The scale is my biggest challenge, you did well to capture the source material. Still way way to large to enter into ideas. I am surprised that there are no rebrickable combinations of:
  15. The trees are gorgeous. We finally get a set with more than one decent tree.
  16. Dang, I am going to be spending a lot on LEGO!
  17. You should put all your content in one thread instead of creating new one every post.
  18. Shields and lion knight minifigs are back.
  19. LOL. Do you have 250,000 bricks laying around?
  20. https://www.lego.com/en-us/pick-and-build/pick-a-brick?query=6405989+6406251+6406106+76861+100659+102330&page=1&perPage=400&includeOutOfStock=true&filters.i0.key=variants.attributes.categoryId&filters.i0.values.i0=7&filters.i0.values.i1=8&filters.i0.values.i2=6&sku= Time to show some restraint.
  21. I agree, I have a dozen or so Orc's and I am not sure why.
  22. Another 12 falcons. Apologies to anyone in Woodbridge VA Lego Store that searches in vain. They had three boxes out. Replace one as I was heading out.
  23. Found another three archers and orc's at Wal*Mart today. I scanned the bag with the Wal*Mart app and still no match. The bags were located in the LEGO isle.
