$ 12.25 $ 64.50 At two seperate Kmarts I found damaged City boxes and they twisted their rules and I scored those two sets.....yes, Fist Pump ! (4203 is normally 49.99 and 4207 is a huge regular price of 149.99 !)

Here's a tiger's tale....this morning I visited Kmart Firle and found a City mining exc. transporter box badly damaged.....I showed it to the layby staff and presto.....discount.....49.00 down to 12.25 ! Then I visited Kmart TTP and found a garage which was at 129 at the time also damaged.....a trip to layby and another yellow mark down sticker.....64.50 (half their normal price) ! Tonight I'm a happy tiger, I have already built the transporter and can't wait to start the garage.....Brick On Shop On everyone !

Remember LOTR is licensed which means Lego doesn't get all the money and Friend's can expand beyond what it is now. So in the short term LOTR will even over power Star Wars, though even SW would still out gun Friend's in the long run.

Thanks 'LT12V' and 'Hoexbroe' for your kind words. The roof design will be tricky due to the width of it.....but I love a challenge ! The main street/town centre will be made up of four 48x48 stud base plates, the end of the street will be the Ford Dealer with hopefully a special workshop area that can still use my hoist design.....mega-challenge. (I must not forget my BOC project....that's one of the reasons for this redesigning of my town....parts required for the BOC project ! ) I'll have some images of the IGA grocery store up in a few hours....I hope so keep watching !

Interesting to see I'm not the only one remodelling their creations ! Looks nice, though not a very big showroom, perhaps two levels of showrooms might help.....big glass windows too to show off the cars from up high ! Keep going 'bootz' and Brick On Drive On !

Great tripod attack vehicle 'JackJonespaw', wish it was the original 19th century design though.

There has being in my opinion two 'Golden Ages', the first the 1980's and the second even shorter...2009. Both saw advances in town/city, space, castle, pirates, etc.,.

Thanks 'marvinblue' for your kind words, the idea for the roof just came to me yesterday. Today sees the post office shift position and remodelling to.....though the frontage stays the same I it too much to scrap that. Updating later today.

Now the Landmark store is finished minus a new custom minifig. How does the roof look ? (It sits on the green panels, no studs holding) More tomorrow....so keep watching !
