I don't think many of us here on EB have any Kre-O....or is it Kero ! Haspro are think that if you throw space ships or monster robots in the mix equal dollar signs ! Battleship is a poor seller, so I have being told by staff in more than one toy store.....Star Trek like I wrote before is a target missed by a few years....kid's don't really know Captain James T. Kirk but they know Darth Vader. Only true Trekies would be buying these sets.....oh, well in two years they'll be on the clearance bins at your local discount store.

Thanks 'ISC' for an AWESOME review of an AWESOME set....now it just re-enforces my reasons for layby-ing it at Target...along with two other LOTR sets. The figures , the build and the playability ! Though the tiger will have to wait to get his Helms Deep....300 buck layby to be paid for first !

I still have to make a ceiling and modern petrol bowser for the Ford Dealer.....now before you ask where is the car lot....actually it's down the road a bit....this is more for parts and service....plus I guess closing the deals as well. Due to costs stacking up, I will detail the three 48x48 base plates first and then expand the end ones with police station, train platform, etc.,. Slowly the roads will take shape and the landscaping too.....comments welcome and keep watching !

Today sees the police station get it's roof/ceiling....a little more difficult as its 9x11 roof, 8x9 ceiling...oh, the joy of designing ! I'll be looking into the Ford dealer again as a major problem has popped up.....base board supplies have run out so I might have to rethink the street layout a little to fix this problem.....again then the joys of designing ! So this..... is meant to complete with Lego Star Wars.....I know lets find all the Cuusoo's to do with Star Trek and pump them to 10000....might force the issue for Lego to make the original series characters just like Spiderman is happening this year with MB having the film sets and Lego the comic/cartoon series ones.

Goodness is Haspro so ticked off with Lego is they are going to produce Star Trek sets to get back at them for hogging Star Wars.....well more Kre-O sets sitting on toy shop shelves....they only sell when they are sold at 50% off or less.
