Serious....a giant figure with a a sledgehammer has 10000 supports......the world has truly gone mad ! It has only local interest, it's not a global icon.....it's not a landmark......it's not a special vehicle......it's not something historic. Though granted it did require imagination to create it, but who would buy it ? Take the Exo-suit or Mini Shop Series, they would sell - Exo-suits to sci-fi geeks and the MSS to us townies around the world.....oh, well it's in Lego's hands now.

Thanks everyone, bigger wheels are a problem at the moment.....all spare cash going towards my wife's 40th birthday......I don't want to spend another night in the dog house ! If I did go bigger trailer wheels I would have to redesign the rear of the truck again......but if others say it's too low then I'll have to make the changes. Over the next five days I be designing the roller, but since it's the boss's birthday weekend....only when I'm not required can I build anything ! Keep watching......keep any suggestions rolling in too !

Under two hours must be a record for me eh ? I still have to correct one of the rear loading drop rails to dark bluey grey (brown on one side at the moment hence the reason for just this one photo ). Oh, yeah just before I took the picture I made a crane attachment......makes it even more useful......more to come so keep on watching !

Since I was working on a trailer for the skid loader (see I got it right for a change ) I decided to add a removable tool chest inside the tool storage unit on the truck. Check out the skip (skid) loader topic for the trailer image. Keep watching everything of mine everyone !

Yep, I have just modified the council truck with a towing hitch......it's trailer making time !

Right, healthy.....so this from 1998 is better than what we are going to see next year ? The late 90's saw Lego over simplify their designs to point of boredom, at least next years sets have realistic styling, playability and parts for modifying or MOC'ing. I guess it can not be said too much how we all might be getting tired of seeing fire and police sets all the time, but it is MARKETING.....it's what a bunch of people think-tanking toy ideas and going with what they think will make the most MONEY. Note - Chima will have a similar operating rip-cord toy to the Haspro Bay-Wheels.....toy companies all go with the flow and re-hash after re-hash to make even more money. That's enough off-topic from me.....back to modifying one of my MOC's.
