It's more of a reference to the Flag, but I see where you're coming from -

Brilliant scene, I can't see anything wrong. Only thing would be to make the cones larger but that is being persnickety, I love the whole build. Congratulations! -

Thanks for the reply. The jet was based off of the F-35 Lightning 2, but my part restriction ruled out sweeping wings, or maybe my stubbornness to change something once I'm halfway through . This was mainly a test, groundwork to see how to properly build air-crafts. This will definitely not be my last jet plane so I'll probably Bricklink some more angled pieces and hinges to further improve my jet building. -
Good Evening, I'm Theodore McCallum and you're watching the Red Wings News. New Brickika News room by Tom Gray, on Flickr We are glad to announce the NBAF (New Brickika Air Force) is expanding it's arsenal. The RWN has been given special images of their new jets on the Southern Beach Airfield (I8). This Airbase was abandoned after the colonies were granted independence, but troublesome times have meant New Brickika must use all her resources to defend herself in the inevitable war. Here are the images; Lego Fighter Jet roughly based on the American F-35 Lightning 2 by Tom Gray, on Flickr Lego Fighter Jet roughly based on the American F-35 Lightning 2 by Tom Gray, on Flickr Lego Fighter Jet roughly based on the American F-35 Lightning 2 by Tom Gray, on Flickr Splendid craft I must say. These Raptor-35s are not yet armed, but as soon as they are, I hope those bombs are dropped on the commie scum North-West of our great nation. Next, we'll be looking at our special report; the "Rise of the Reds' which is to be aired tomorrow, and stay tuned for our tips on buying the best guns for the lowest price. _______________________________________ [Note, RWN channel is Right-Wing if you didn't catch the drift, this is not the view of all New Brickians] [Extra pictures] Jet wing landing gear up More pics of the fighter jet by Tom Gray, on Flickr End Elevation of Jet More pics of the fighter jet by Tom Gray, on Flickr Theodore watching some 'Liberal nonsense' on his brake to get him riled up for the next broadcast. [GBW-CP1] - New Brickika - Mobile SAM Tryout
Spud The Viking replied to Spud The Viking's topic in The Great Brick War
Not to say I haven't used the Web for guidance but I was meaning that I wanted my build to look like that of what was in a videogame, the other part of the build was modelled on real life equipment. Sorry for any confusion.- 9 replies

Thanks to both of you! I'll keep this in mind as it was mostly guess work from videogames that aren't always accurate when portraying real life vehicles. Glad you like the rest of it though- 9 replies

The newly finished mobile SAM had not been field tested, so I had the privilege of guarding the vehicle while the crew scanned for possible targets. Great Brick War - Mobile SAM by Tom Gray, on Flickr All of a sudden I heard the operator shouting. Something had appeared on the scanners. We waited. Great Brick War - Mobile SAM by Tom Gray, on Flickr "Base told us it isn't replying and it has entered our airspace!" The UFO was coming from Tosul, the crew acted fast. Great Brick War - Mobile SAM by Tom Gray, on Flickr Great Brick War - Mobile SAM by Tom Gray, on Flickr My squad-mate began laughing, "It was a bird! We've shot down a bird!" Turns out that bogey was one of the most endangered species on the planet, only found in Tosul. "Ah, we'll blame it on lightning or something" said the crew as he looked through binoculars at the bird that was now a burnt crisp. (Apologies in advance for my terrible photography, I have limited space and only a phone camera ) Joining the forces was hardly an excuse for a holiday but with the promise of peace I gazed upon the great ocean in front of me. The reason for this particular excursion was to set up a patrol between the new coastal lookout posts which had been renovated recently, updated from their imperial days. New Brickika Coastal Lookout by Tom Gray, on Flickr It may have been an excuse to get the boys out driving again after all, it was a spectacular view along that golden wall. New Brickika Coastal Lookout by Tom Gray, on Flickr The squad was good company although the jeep driver seemed a little to common for my liking. New Brickika Coastal Lookout by Tom Gray, on Flickr New Brickika Coastal Lookout by Tom Gray, on Flickr Inside, the captain was listening out for 'enemies' on our top-grade tech. I am positive all that static will drive him insane though he wouldn't be the only crazy one in the army. New Brickika Coastal Lookout by Tom Gray, on Flickr Anybody in that filthy RoN thinking of a sneak attack on New Brickika would surely fail due to installations such as these! Sorry, but I won't be available till the 20th of this month. I'm sorry I'll be missing the first campaign as I had built a Moc for it. Would it be possible for me to submit it on Monday? It's fine if that's not possible as it would be unfair on others.- 315 replies

Good day to all, I hope this message finds you well. I am Lord Donald Spud of New Brickika. You may have heard my family name from years gone by as we ruled close to half of the world, as I remember it. Now part of the COAC, I lend my financial strength as well as military advancements to spread peace across the world. We may seem a little pompous and above the rest, but this is only because we are. We are a proud and honourable nation, see to it that our tolerance is not worn thin, or you shall find little mercy from our fierce armed forces. Rule New Brikika! Hi there, I'm really interested in joining this RPG but I have a question; are we allowed to include non-Lego items? If so, to what extent? I have a few non-Lego weapons, bodies and objects I'm hoping to use but I just want to be sure I'm not breaking any rules . Thanks.- 315 replies

LEGO Star Wars 2017 Pictures and Rumors
Spud The Viking replied to Stash2Sixx's topic in LEGO Star Wars
After seeing all these photos one thing keeps coming into my mind - the sets are so small. Hopefully this is reflected in the price but I doubt it -
Thanks for the replies! In all honesty, I ran out of trans-clear so I used trans-red but it gives a darker effect of the water. Also, I did not find any curling up at the edges maybe because it had so many longer tile pieces on it and heavier bricks at the corners?

Thanks!
