  1. Franckly, unless you're very lucky, you won't find any clearance at this time of the year. The So Ouest store is OK for the PAB and BAM is cheaper (5,5€ for 3), for the rest, french prices will hurt you bad. You might find some deals at the TRU, but also check out other kids stores like Joué Club or King Jouets, they usually have a decent selection, and some old sets are often on sale (I got Bank Transfert at 36eur instead of 55 last year in King jouets). Enjoy your trip !
  2. I guess we have the same minifig taste ! That's a great job. Do you plan to add so extra vehicules to you new police force, or will you use the regular ones ?
  3. Minifig series 7 complete box, my very first box of the series.
  4. Nice work, it really feels like a strong building, much better than my attemps. But, I believe one simple thing might be missing : where's the external pedestrian entrance ?
  5. Pet Shop is nice to me, because the 2 independent buildings allow you to create many different scenarios, you have 2 different appartements, and the colors are nice. Probably my second prefered modular after the Town Hall.
  6. Keep in mind guys that European fire trucks are often much smaller than US ones.
  7. Do you have a picture with the sliding door closed ?
  8. Nice creation. The uneven bricks makes it more realistic !
  9. I was about to do the same, but as a "simple" 16 studs building, never though of a corner one; that's a smart move.
  10. That's the best thing to do, I will do the same. With the last stair, you can even have a few tables on the roof. Or buy 2 sets to make a real projection room, higher building and so on.
  11. Impressive building !
  12. Just got another one. Same place, same price. A few boxes left... I might go back again... (and even extra 15% off my entire purchase)
  13. Same issue for me with the wheels attachment... It really feels like nobody tested that.
  14. Great ! I could fit very well with the Winter village series or even the Mofular FB !
  15. Looks really great. Do you have a pic with a minifig ?
  16. 10222 + Small Tie Fighter (free) + 3 Minifigs free (collector box) + a small PAB free. Last saturday was the final day of our local store (first french store) grand opening, and I used most of the deals to get as much LEGO as I could. I'll go back in december for my PAB and some figs.
  17. Great Job ! I wish I could afford the real one as well !
  18. Yep, the 3661. It was pretty much the only set on sale at a local toy shop (King Jouets, in France). I should probably have taken 2, but I'm pretty short on cash this month so finding one at that price is already a very nice deal to me since it's the City set I wanted pretty bad. I'll got at my brand new Lego Shop tomorrow to get the free minifig from the grand opening (you need to spend 30€, but PAB is mt friend for that !)
  19. Just got a Bank Transfert @ 37EUR, nice rebate considering the high price on the S@H.
  20. Hey guys, I'd like to introduce my WIP Townhouse MOC. With a complicated financial situation ATM, I turned to LDD to start creating something on my own. This is at the same time my first LDD and first modular MOC (but It's 4 story high). The outside is pretty much done, but I'm still not happy with the roof. I'm working on the inside (furniture is OK, but need some more stuff). I'll be glad to have your feedback on that, I do plan to build it for real when I can afford to. The pics are so-so, I'll try to do it better tonight.
  21. Please, some Romans !
  22. I love that Volley-ball field, feels so realistic !
  23. I thought about using the part in another way, in the continuation of your SNOT. I'm sorry my english is to weak to explain better what I mean. Edit : F0NIX got it pretty much like I tought.
  24. Wow, that's a lot of parts, and that's also a nice father. I'll get the LDD tomorrow on my big computer to see some details, but this is really a masterpiece you can be proud of.
  25. I don't know how it's called in english but I love the "sides". About you Snot issue, isn't there a small gap betwen the playing area and the seats in real bowlings ? If yes, have the entire playing area SNOT and use this brick : (May be that's not what you're looking for)
