    Terminator

I beg to differ, Prateek. And about the shape of the teeth, I think they look just fine, although they would look better in dark bley or pearl light gray, both of which Lego has already made.
  2. Oh, well in that case those sets are so crappy that I will completely ignore them and say that I am very happy that lego has dumped all those multiple Police and Fire Rescue sets in the City Landfill built and sealed by a dumptruck and a garbage truck and used it for the foundation of the seaport.
  3. SW, Bleh. All PT junk that has mostly already been made, I like the January ones better. But the town sets, they sound great! I was dissapointed by the yet more fire sets for January but this makes up for it by far. I think this is the first cement mixer and garbage truck Lego has made, and they will make great editions to any town. Thie sea port sounds like it could could have a lot of potential but I am left wondering what "Containers" is.
  4. Yep, Jacob Marly is Ebeniezer Scroog's dead co-worker in "A Christmas Carol" by Carles Dickens, a very good book. (And I'm Jewish)
  5. What are those rounded turquois bricks on the top?

    Ship vignette

Impressive, I love the detail and the colors. The cannonades are clever too. And this is the only ship moc I've seen with an anti-recoil system (I don't know what you call this). Keep it up!
  7. Nope, I got those off a quick Brickshelf search. And I agree with 4j about Steampunk doesn't have to be in the Victorian Era, but like Berry pointed out, in the Wild, Wild West, clearly taking place in the wild west. I mentioned that movie in my original post but I forgot the second wild. 8-|
  8. Brilliant thread Brick Miner, I've always puzzled over names like ApophisV (which I've always read as Apophis5) and snefroe1. Well, I like James Bond movies but not to the point of obsessitivity (word?) I just picked it becuase it looks/sounds good and it was one of the first things that came to mind. ;-)
  9. Yep, It's called Steampunk, although sometimes it can be European. It's like stuff from the movies Sky Captain and the world of Tommorow, Wild West, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, and around the world in 80 days. etc.
  10. Ebay or bricklink. nope.
  11. I actully don't like :-) s most of the time. I love the variation that licencened themes like SW ang HP add to the heads of minifigs. Diverse heads and facial expresions=more realistic figs=better figs. But sometimes the fleshies can get pesky.
  12. Lord Bonaparte, I have some contributions for your library, you should link the demo to your army band, add your hussar torso and also check out this thread.
  13. Nice Work Brick Miner, I especially that "Ghost Town" Logo. About the GITD ghost from Kings Castle, I think I'll definatly be getting that set and we could make some sort of compromise, but that might not be 'till december.
  14. Did anyone notice that pirate fella in the cave at the very right of the picture?
  15. :-D That's hillarious! As I said earlier I think it's a turret, stragely colored to match the clone, but hey, it works. I would post a screen shot or something from SW battlefront but I can't find anything.
  16. I guess you wereing in "LaLa Land" wherever that is.
  17. It looks like a variation of the speeder in the CTT so it's good enough for me, but about that droid carrier thing, is that an officail SW vehicle? I can't find anything about it on starwars.com or google. At first I thought it was a re-design of the old set but it looks very different but I can't find the old set as a real sw vehicle either.
  18. Artoo says the chances of this are seven-hundred and twenty-five to one.
  19. It was for those who DON'T know it is in Europe Mr Phes *pirate* Hmm, this sounds extremely familiar. :-| :-P *coughkenjicough*
  20. Is it just me or do these "pirates" wear viking helmets?

    Aquaraiders

From the three pictures we have now you might say these Aqua Raiders sets don't look to usefull for pirates now, but let's not foget one of these sets is going to be a shipwreck!
  22. Hmm, on closer inspection grevious and the clones look like they have the same guns and the droids in the carrier thing have megaphones with the trans-orange roung plates. BTW, I think the Grevious ship has almost perfect proportions except mabe the back is a bit to narrow, but I'll need better Pics to trully tell. I think the colors are spot on too, either it's ok now it it should have a little less tan.
  23. :-X :-X :-X Rune the image of Lego it would. *yoda*
  24. Yes, finnaly some pics, thanks BryanKinkle! I'm lovin' the AT-ST, a hundred times better than the old one, and the clone battle pack and the new guns! I think the ILC looks ugly in both non-lego and lego vertions but it has some nice parts and minifigs. If I could I would give TLC a big pat on the back, Not only are their sets getting better but their building techniques are evolving too! I didn't think they could be smart enough to do something like use the big white mudgard on the clone turret and the small dark bley mudguards on the AT-ST. THAT AT-ST PILOT IS AMAZING!!!!
  25. It's a close tie between 1 and 3, but I think I'll have to go with 1. Thanks :-P Did you do the CGI in this picture? If so I congradualate you on a job well done.
