  1. Thats a nice interior scene, but i also like the outdoor one.
  2. How did i miss this one? It's great! Love the story, those greedy dwarves had that coming! Also lovely tower!
  3. Well he sure looks happy... for a vampire.
  4. This is the picture in the starting post: http://farm9.staticf...f138bac0a_b.jpg But... Even if it looks like the city is in the middle of the swamps, you are totally allowed to give your own feel to your build. Maybe Iscreamclone just built the southern part that is in a swampy area, and you are building the east/west/north part that resides on more steady land. That's the great thing about building here, there isn't much here set in stone so you are free to build your intepretation of the location any way you like. Well, ok... Nice and fluffy is not the way to build for nocturnus, so i guess that would be one of the unwritten rules.
  5. ^ I totally agree! For a humble build you managed to cram in alot of details, and it looks pretty sweet.
  6. Another awesome built ME! I like how you managed to make the tree trunk very rounded, the skulls inside are a nice touch. Also the colors for landscaping are excellent, reminds me to stock up on more dark green and dark brown.
  7. I'm personatly not so fond of that head you are holding there, but either way, welcome to the best guild! We might be evil, but we have cookies!
  8. Nice scene and story! Love those chairs!
  9. Excellent! For your first nocty freebuild, its pretty impressive! Lovely brickwork, and those plants up top are a nice touch.
  10. I love those brick built sheep! The dark red in the building is also nice, and i like the roofing.
  11. Thanks guys! The story was the most fun, i really wanted that twist in there that halfway in, the reader realises it's a dream. The dying grass and flowers were added lateron, since i thought it would be something that could happen in a dream... (and maybe i have seen too many anime movies)
  12. Wow! What a fantastic build! Love the beacon tower, and that warmount! But there's so much to like, the foliage is also excellent, and i like the color green you used for the water, it really gives it that swampy feel.
  13. Great story! Also the build is nice, tunneling under the dwarves tunnel is a great idea!
  14. Excellent rockwork, in particular the foliage on it! Had to look twice how both Moc's are connected, it looks fantastic! Can't wait to see the total picture!
  15. Oh wow, nice castle! Also some interesting building techniques in there, and some lovely trees too!
  16. Welcome to Nocturnus, Andrew Spader! Awesome introduction, can't wait to see your future builds!
  17. Excellent table, and i like the usage of 1x2 tiles for the floor. It kind of creates the illusion the moc has more depth to it. The whole scene is just 8 studs deep, and it really works!
  18. What a nice inn! Definatly digging the snot base and chimney!
  19. I'd say this is one of your best works so far.. The exploding/moving rock, the rockwork that looks like doing all kinds of weird angles, figure posing, foliage, moss growth on the rocks, everything top-notch!
  20. Thanks guys! The crypt is indeed a little bit dusty. Not intentional though, it was the first part built and it took a while to get the roof up so it had some time to collect dust. The garden scene was small enough to store in my display cabinet, so it did not collect any dust.
  21. Nice build! Love that rockwork and figure posing!
  22. Love the architecture, like the pillars, but the photography could be improved... The pictures are a bit blurry.
  23. Excellent build! Very nocturnus like, i love the roof and brickwork.
  24. Wow! All that on such a small base! So much going on here, lots of details, i really like this build!
  25. The sand green for the roof is great! Lovely building, really like the layout with the courtyard!
