  1. I'll probably get this years calender for this: If I don't then I'll just order a yellow scooter off of Brickforge for my mailman.
  2. The picture is named "3177. JPG", and there is a space for a minifig in it. And plus, creator vehicles are almost never minifig-scaled. The vehicle was probably put by that racers car by mistake.
  3. I found a picture of the City Runabout! It's the red car.
  4. The new city corner has a 7-Eleven Convenience store, Lego Retail store, and a re designed bus stop. You get two shop keepers, father and son, and a policewoman buying her morning mug of coffee. The shop design was inspired by Klaus-Dieter's Lego Store. Notice the pigeons on top. Inside the Lego Retail store, we have a check out counter, Pick a brick wall with cups and lids, city sets [only!] for sale on the second floor, and the inventory in the third floor [the attic]. In the 7-Eleven convenience store we have fresh fruuit hanging on a wall, slushy machine with cups and two flavors [blueberry and cherry], and a checkout desk with a coffee maker, croissant stove, and cash register. The bus stop is nothing special, just a bench (recolor of the bench from the City Minifigure collection) under a shade awning with a big, leafy plant. Legoliner Pilot
  5. Some of the old pictures and new ones can be found at this Brickshelf gallery.
  6. I love the monorail. My city needs an elevated train.
  7. What about the camper box art? On the back the woman is portrayed driving the camper and the man is biking.
  8. This poll is quite old. About 6 months, I think. Some of the sets have already been released (e.g. the Cafe in that one drawing is the Pizzeria)
  9. Leave it to Lego to make huge airports that are missing several key features and are made out of huge, trans-blue window parts.
  10. I was just looking at this beauty, and I am wondering why no one has mentioned it! A Lego McDonald's! This would be perfect for any town!
  11. I wanted to keep the set look, so I kept the toppings in those types of bottle. It would be hard to make a salt and pepper shaker to a realistic scale out of Lego.
  12. Well, there is no more thing to be had! Except for a crop field with growing crops or a chicken/rooster coop.
  13. Thank you all for your nice comments! I just found my red chassis and I am going to build a black one now. Stay tuned!
  14. Thank you for your comment! I felt that it was really hard to manage a BBQ stand that slid off the baseplate off the time. Well, I was basing off a US or European chicken stand. I'll look into that though!
  15. He was referring to a new set, not one that come out in 2005.
  16. It has been expressed already that the "Fire truck and boat" doesn't exist. The Fire 4x4 does not have a boat and is in the 7206 Fire Helicopter set.
  17. I got the BBQ stand [well, two of them] a few weeks ago and I decided that it was a little flawed -who puts ketchup and mustard on their chicken- . Not a problem though if you know how to fix it! This first major change is the topping change. People don't put ketchup and mustard on their chicken! But people do put salt and pepper on their chicken! I also change the grill pieces to reflective (literally) shiny gray pieces... You may or may have not noticed the third change: a light-bley inverted plate (this piece) that allows you to [yes!] stick the stand on a base plate... The fourth change is near the 1x1 light clip holder that holds the umbrella in place. I introduced some light bley 1x1 tiles near the clip to even out and add to the overall look of the stand. And finally, I added a second drink to the cooler.
  18. Hmm... About a black and white one... The problem is that I dodn't have enough tiles [or plates] to make the body white, but I do have enough black tile and plates to make the body black. Another problem with that is that the only colors I have the chassis (the big part on the bottom of the car in which the body is built upon) is white, black, and red. White is in use on the yellow car, while black is on the blue car. I'll look into it, though!
  19. Thanks! I was going to add doors, but I found out that I couldn't add them because If I did I would have to take away the 1x6 tiles on the side.
  20. Post Headquarters - $59.99 USD 7 Minifigures: 4 Postmen, 2 Cashiers, and one civilian. Includes: Post Van (larger then the one released last year) with space to put letters and Packages, and a garage to put the post van in. Three yellow bicycles with letter carriers on the rear of each one. The bicycles would have their own tiny shed near the garage. In the building there would be shelves with packages, stamps, letters, and other stationary for purchase, two checkout counters, PO Boxes, separate drop-off boxes for packages and letters, about four delivery carts(2 yellow, 2 red), and more.
  21. Are they the same wheels as on the Coast Guard Helicopter?
  22. Look at this picture here. The fire helicopter doesn't seem to have rear landing gear...
  23. The other day I decided I really wanted to build a re-color of the blue car from the 10184 Town Plan. I had to substitute some parts, but in the end it turned out good. Enjoy!
  24. Not yet, but if you zoom in using a photo editor like GIMP you can see a toy locomotive and robot in the windows of the toy store.
