  1. Now, after a few more discoveries about this set, I now have bought it and the Police Headquarters. Thank you Eurobricks members!
  2. I heard there are blue bikes too?
  3. I have read both reviews. The only thing I'm not fond of is the interior of the Town Hall. The exterior is great though.
  4. Another question- where do you get all of your awesome road plates? [What is so rare about Yellow Bikes?]
  5. Agreed.
  6. Hey! Recently I have decided that I need something to expand my layout with. I see the Town Plan. I am just wondering is this set worth the $149.99 it costs?
  7. Yeah. Shell Race Car Transporter Shell Service Station Shell Convenience Store Shell Car Wash Shell Tanker I have all of these but unfortunately they are all broken up across many boxes of Lego.
  8. Hi, Klaus-Dieter! Let me start off by saying that your town is magnificent! I love it! I think the best part of your town is the fact that is made from only sets, and no MOCS. This would definitely add some challenge to the layout. I want your opinion on something: what do you think of the building from the recent "Construction Site" set? Do you think it would look good in your city?
  9. Maybe, but just barely. 8 stud is better.. You can't really "make" roads per se rationally. You just have to use road plates. Yes. Check out other peoples MOCs, often time they will have made some cool furniture/appliances in ways you would never expect! No way!
  10. Is there an interior?
  11. I tried that method (the first one in your post) and when I download the 'instructions' it is really just a copy of my model, and I printed it, and it only gave me a picture of it.... Help?
  12. Agreed...
  13. I think they give them away with newspapers and fast-food items in Europe...?
  14. I'm sorry, but I have another question... Is there a way to see a list of all the parts in a LDD model? I want to know what parts I need to buy. Bricklink is awesome (finally, a place to buy those turkey legs! )...
  15. Thanks! You are very helpful!
  16. Hey, thanks! The Slurpee/slushy machine was a bit hard to develop initially because of the cramped space in the store, but it turned out alright. I am a little bit new to MOCing so I have a few nooby questions I'd like to get off my chest- First- How do you make custom decals [stickers] for MOCs? Second- What does SNOT stand for? Third- Can you order all the parts at once on Bricklink or do you have to go across many sellers? Does it take a long time?
  17. #30000 would be good for a somewhat tiny town that doesn't have a need for a hospital, because it is too small. Perfect for my town because my minifigures don't get sick much. All it would take is a few minutes of modding. I agree that it does look somewhat bad in it's current form, especially with that ATV part on it.
  18. Love it. I agree with the others, the wheels could be a bit higher. But other then that, it's great!
  19. I was bored today so I decided to make my own Convenience store for my on-the-go minifigs. The store is adapted from the biking/skating shop from the awesome 7641 City Life set. Enjoy! You get 1 minifig, and that is the clerk [and owner]. The reason I only put 1 minifig in the set is because the price per minifig parts on Lego Factory is very high. The front of the shop is nothing fancy, just a clock and a space for a 7/11 logo. The pole sticking out is a flagpole similar to the biking/skating shop in 7641 City Life. You have to supply your own white flag though, because LDD insists that you cannot order a set with one. The inside, however, is a bit more detailed. You will find a Slurpee/slushy [Do you guys have these in Europe?] machine with two cups and and two flavors, cherry and blueberry. Across from the Slurpee/slushy machine there is some fresh fruit hanging from the wall. To the left of the fresh fruit wall is the checkout area. This counter includes a cash register, a coffee maker, croissant maker, and a red cabinet with two white drawers. I would like input on this MOC... I think I did good for what I had. Legoliner Pilot
  20. The theater. Cool little popcorn machine and gumball dispenser (I think).
