I think a lot of it stems from second characters helping to spur interaction (super glad that got changed), and also from the most recent influx of newbies.

"Damn..." Atramor's eyes practically whir in their sockets as the Chameleon slithers around mezmerizingly. "Can ya' spare a Remedy, Guts, I don't wanna accidentally shank onna ya'." He Decamodifies the Sandman from the back row. His Decamon assault the Chameleon Serpent: the Electriphant, the Cave Toll, the Dryad, the Storm Elemental, a Woodwose, the Cloud Gigas, and then the second Woodwose.

You can assume Atramor uses his Decamodifier on the Cherub or Sandman if it helps out the autorolling.

"Guts, that thing's gonna regenerate a hell of a lot of health each turn, think ya' can spare a Neutralizer?" Atramor and his Decamon army assault the increasingly small band of enemies mercilessly. The Stone Golem stomps Rainbow Frog C into bits and the Carcinos scissors the Phoenix apart. The Pegasus smashes Rainbow Frog D. Atramor's own Phoenix and Treant gang up on Cherub B from the sky and from the ground, while the Storm Elemental and Cloud Gigas work to destroy Cherub A. He himself whips out his Silver Katana and slashes at the Sandman twice.

Yeah, I should really make more of a point about this...look at the size of that thing.
