  1. "At one point or another, I do tend to be correct. Sometimes." Shrugging, and waiting for the U'kin's response, Atramor pulls the Tonic from the inside of his cloak, downing it one gulp. After only a moment, he coughs, sputtering a little on the liquid. "Good...damn, that's worse than the smell 'round Gurnam's...."
  2. Baba/Wren. Although I do hope to see the Order of the Crimson Crown to show up again, in one form or another.
  3. Atramor curses under his breath as he sees U'Vires, but grudgingly follows him and U'Stus to the dining hall, crossing his arms as he recognizes Clara and the librarian, though he says nothing of either of them. Both his and McCafferey's ears listen to intently to the assassin's speech and intended cover story, where the witch proceeds to simply laugh. "So you're willin' to murder onna your leaders, who fought so damn hard for the freedom of your people, just to prove to 'em that the people whose city you're livin' in, are oppressin' ya'? So say we go along with your plan an' it works. The U'kin rebel - congratulations to their mighty leader - and suddenly every single onna them gets slaughtered by Dastan's forces, or once they leave, are consumed by the desert or overrun by any one of the dangers outside these walls, includin', but not limited to, the Chimera, the Lions, rogue or otherwise, every little monster we try an' kill to keep the peace and such..." He nods to U'Stus. "He's your best chance of freein' your people. He's doin' a good job of it, too, both Emperor Septrine and his daughter support the U'kin's cause. And you intend to throw every little bit of his work, and his life away, for a more sudden, violent, and bloody end to your people, rather than waitin' a bit longer for a peaceful resolution that leaves you with equal rights as humans? I think Phil and U'Stus were wrong. You ain't a corrupt politician fightin' for your cause, as they've repeatedly assured us...you're just a really motivated assassin, no different than Sphinx or XX. ...Oh, and kill U'Stus, an' I won't rest 'til your eyestalks are inside out and your body's bein' fed to the dragons." McCafferey makes a quiet "Hmmm," in his mind, as if intrigued or satisfied by his argument. It leave him feeling rather uneasy, but he stands by his statements.
  4. Hey, I already lost out on one level by staying in Drakencourt, and I took a massive stat hit just for information. I need my EXP! Atramor pocketed the gold with a sigh. He was already beginning to miss the extra coins coming in from mugging his enemies...ah, well. The reward once they were out of Dastan would surely be reasonable enough. "Alright, then. Let's head back."
  5. Interesting set. Not sure if it's for me, but I downright love the concept. Nice review, too.
  6. Atramor curses, restoring full health to both himself and Thothwick before glow of magical healing fades from his hands. "I agree. I hope Nyx's managed to hold off whatever the hell is going down there...can't believe one of those bastards got away again..." Do I gain another health and ether, or is it completely stemmed due to Wren? I'd kind of prefer if I did, if there's any more battles I'm going to be lost figuring out how much I'm supposed to have by the end of the quest.
  7. Well, shoot, now I want a Paralyzing Venom Talisman.
  8. It isn't a 50/50 chance, Flipz, it's been changed so that both me and the opponent take the Special Damage. And, um, I think I've only poisoned one enemy so far this quest...
  9. "I think you should try movin' forward a bit, mate, even if I fail to heal you and you get hit, you won't go down."
  10. "Ehh...he's bein' a bit lightheaded, if ya' know what I mean...I don't think it would kill anyone but the bombsters if you decided to attack instead, but your choice..." Satisfied with the healing of Tarn (which seemed to have had a massive boost in his confidence, seeing as how he hacked at every single opponent), Atramor healed Thothwick.
  11. Batman doesn't have that pale skin, isn't named Noctus, and isn't counted as Undead, though.
  12. I think it's safe to say he's a vampire now.
  13. Would Alexis be getting 4 attacks per round if she used them with her Quickdraw Quiver? The weapon doesn't give the raw hastened effect, so I'd think so. That'd be awesome.
  14. Ouch. I'll buy them them off of you next time we're both in the hall, if you get them.
  15. Agreed with pretty much everything. As much as I want an Orc Forge, I need some LEGO zombies bad....
  16. If you autoplay William next round, can you make him use his Repeating Crossbow on the Cultist twice, rather than the handcannon? Atramor chuckles cackles as the heroes stumble into battle, but he and Felton simply watch the bombster set his ally on fire. He quickly comes back to his combat senses as the orange light flickered away from the man's eyes, and, noting his fellows' weakened states, heals Tarn.
  17. Oh, right, forget it was allies rather than itself. First battle with multiple enemies where that's happened. Thanks.
  18. The Hobbit is a 70 year old classic book, I'd honestly assume if you were interested enough in both the LEGOs and the movie to have read it, and if not, it was by your choice. There's nothing to discuss about the Hobbit sets except for a board game we know nearly nothing about, anyway.
  19. That depends - how awesome is the Infiltrator class going to be? Yeah, I'd sign up for it. Quick question, Sandy, if you roll Special Mirror on a Hexed enemy, do you both still receive the Special Damage's effects, or just the opponent?
  20. I detect a future Raider.
  21. I think it's fun. I prefer enchanted weapons for the singular reason of causing quadruple or even octuple damage with a min-maxed weapon like Helbaerand or Ratsbane. And I don't think there is Tanma, but failing that, the answer is at least 4.
  22. "I think me, Thothwick, and Tarn should pile on Bombster A, as he can't hit us this round, while William and Felton prevent any free hits." As the grunt's eyes glow a bright orange, the same as Atramor's, he jumps on the chance for advantage, stabbing between his ribs from the front row.
  23. I think Tarn's water-elemental axe should have done 48 damage to the Bombsters, and I think you accidentally used a 2 instead of a 1 for Bombster A's health. Atramor curses as his jinx backfires, frying both him and the Bombster. "Gah! That is not how that's supposed to work!" He gets over his initial surprise, following up on his attack.
  24. I say you let Althior have the gem and make him sell his collection of the others. We need more Amethysts, the way the Dastan Quests are going.
