They discontinued sand red anyway (I think). I really love the dark red ones, personally, and I'm glad we finally get shots under the marines' armor.

Damn. Just goes to show what one detail can to one idiot getting played out of his mind.

When someone gets a spare moment, could they change my name to CallMePie? I blame Google Chrome for the way it is now. I did just mean for to be changed it to CallMePie...or is this retribution for screwing up?

Honestly, I assumed my role was something like that - well, in more of a Paranoid Gun Owner kind of way. I intended to play a more intense game, partly because of that, and partially because of the game's gameplay, but Day One kind of turned me off of it. I contacted Zeph Day One, we had a bit of a loose alliance, but we didn't rely on it too much. Ultimately, the clue that had apparently tipped me off was that Pandora claimed, in the last day day, she had received a present the night before - conveniently, he had also claimed inventor a day earlier. So on one hand he was going all-out at Pandora with me during the beginning of the day, and then I have him having given her an invention the night before. I could not for the life of me figure it out. He was getting lynched anyway, but I figured I would be next and Pandora, who I still suspected, would have too much credibility to get lynched during the rest of the game, so I half-suspected it was going to be the last day. At least I got that right.

Maybe, for around 500 gold or so, scrolls can be imbued like gems into a weapon, allowing it to deal whatever effect the scroll would?

I should be at level 18. Atramor squinted in the sun. Stupid early Dastan mornings. Oh, and look, the dragon commander was here...fantastic way to start the day. "Your fighting skills are great, right, but you ain't gonna be able to take on another one of those Chaos Beasts or any of the assassins alone. P'rhaps one of us shod go along with you too."
-
Fair enough. I've only gotten to use Jinx like twice already anyway. Well, the Witch's Talisman probably should, though it might break my heart for not having it unique. It's really important for the Witch class to be useful. Maybe something like Ennoc's Helm - Permanent Blessed effect, -8 maximum health to balance it?

Shithole. Awesome game Hinck, the setting and the characters were really great. Well, it's no freaking wonder we couldn't lynch Pandora, the numbers were completely tied. I was beginning to suspect CM, too, but I thought through process of elimination that Cecile was town too. I can't believe there actually was a conversion, but at least it was balanced. Sorta. I felt like we could've won this if we got our act other, but it seems Shadow's suspicions about Pandora were like the only thing we got from him after death. Oh, and my unbelievable role claim, to Fugazi. (which, to be honest, I can only blame on myself for crying wolf at least 6 times in other games )

Thanks, JimB.

"Yeah, it was for information. Hell, I'm just glad we finally have answers." He accepts the Tonic and Ether Core, wondering how the hell he was supposed to use the strange symbol. Consumable, maybe, but he definitely wasn't going to eat or drink it. "From what I understand, it's a god of chaos and destruction she adores. I don't think she's deluded, she really does have a plan...misguided, but organized, is a better term for 'er. And no,she said the Chimera doesn't fit into her plans. I also had a brief duel with a Chaos Beast with Constance, but I don't know if she got off to the front lines afterward. I really don't care, she really needs to get that stick out of her valiant dragonass...well, at least we got Mallelio. I've got a few questions about his journals when he wakes up."

Atramor chuckles a little at the sight of his exhausted teammates, and hastily heals them if necessary. "'Least you're all alive...well, it's been an interestin' day, to say the least...where should I start? In any case, I ran into Wren, right in the middle of Drakencourt, after beatin' a Chaos Beast. She answered some questions, though, er, I've been hobbled for the rest of the quest, but I'm sure I can manage. She doesn't really care about Dastan or the assassins. She's not workin' with the Rogue Lions, and really doesn't plan to keep up her relationship with the assassins 'til she's done with 'em. She doesn't have anythin' to do with the Chimera, she doesn't want to see Dastan destroyed and doesn't even believe she can, and still wants to destroy Heroica. She was stealing a Spiritus Intendere, apparently. It absorbs the power of a malevolent being and forces the strength to the user's will...so I've come to the conclusion she plans to steal the power of Zoot."

Nice review. I haven't been into Star Wars all that much lately, and Lord of the Rings is my main focus of this year, but...you've convinced me I have to get this set. My old collection practically revolved around Jabba the Hutt, and even though there's no way I'm going to be able to get the Palace, these awesome figs are just way too much to miss. I'm the glad they fixed both the skiff and the Sarlacc's scale, and the parts are just slick.

Really cool! I could see TLG releasing this, as the Blue Angels, if I understand right, are primarily for aerobatics and flight demonstrations. I would definitely support this should it be put up on CUUSOO. I personally really love the scale - I'll take your word for it it's not entirely accurate, but it looks really amazing, and more in-scale than most any LEGO aircraft. The front of the cockpit is well-done, and the entire craft manages to maintain a distinctly LEGO feel while streamlined enough to look like a real jet. Fantastic work.

Well, I was thinking in the context of 2012, with Lord of the Rings and Monster Fighters... You have a point, I bet this would've looked amazing using Alien Conquest.

This beard, maybe this head, this torso (the beard covers the collar), these legs and a white cape for Saruman. And for lack of better, this hair. Shame they don't make them in white.

Vote: Zerard Wolf (Zepher). It probably doesn't matter at this point, and depending on your allegiance I'm probably going to get lynched tomorrow, but what you're saying right now doesn't match up with anything we've discussed in private.
-
Best three so far, there's literally no problems in matching them up.

Agh....Unvote: Polly Altamont (Pandora) in light of some new clues just now occurring to me. This is what I get for being so sure about a lynch target. And I had my response all typed up too.
-
That is extremely cool. Doesn't do much for themes outside of Star Wars, but I would love to see more displays like this in the future.

Oh my god. My heart literally stopped when I saw this. Well, LEGO, now you know what kind of polybag we really want, I guess.

Let's see. Meahon vs Polly, Meahon came up town, he wanted lynch Polly. Jane vs Polly, Jane came up town, she wanted to lynch Polly. Polly claims blocker role that suddenly can't be used anymore and uses it as evidence to point to Jane. 'Oh, well, sorry, it was your vote to place where you wanted'. Jane openly allowed voting for her if she was wrong. Polly is spitting crap trying to keep herself alive one more day. I want the green bitch out today. Twice she's been accused by townies, three if you count Shanalon, supposedly, and what was obviously a total drag-me-down-with-you moment yesterday you're somehow blowing over. But I have to share your views on Zerard, though I think it's out of overeagerness than scumminess. And for the last time, Polly didn't claim protector. I read back, and you drew that from Shanalon, another lynch-me-if-I'm-wrong townie, saying Polly was confirmed scum. That in itself though, is a flag redder than Cuthber's megablocks.

No time for jokes today. Vote: Polly Altamont (Pandora).

He's really going all-out on the roleplaying in the sidequests. When the quests are over, they must be posted...

If all else fails, there's always Boomingham.
