Atramor doesn't.

None of the stories describe Heroica's unnatural affinity for attracting people with tragic pasts and voices in their heads? We need better bards...

This is an awesome idea for a theme month. Can't wait to see what goes on.

Atramor shrugged, instead trying to heal Gnash.
-
It's a suggestion. Anyone who wants to put their soul on the line can go for it. Alexis still stands a good chance, but I know from Quest 51 that even lucky heroes can have their luck run dry eventually. He's Blessed now, too, we're running out of options. I didn't think you added it in just because we're winning anyway. Your enemies might be crazy powerful, but at least they're planned like that from the start. "It's not a demon. Not completely a demon, anyway."
-
Atramor blinked at the sudden glow that consumed Mephisto. "Okay....you'll only be dealing 1 damage every round. Strategy's still sound enough."
-
Does Hoke strike twice due to the Twin Broadswords? Atramor ducked - Mephisto's massive pike sailed over his head, deflected by the aura enveloping the party created by Cronk's angel. He took a few steps backward, stowing his weapon, and narrowed his eyes at the demon king. "Hmmm. Cronk, mate, I have an idea. Nobody targets Mephisto or the Magician - ya' can counterstrike the bastard to death. If ya' stand in the back row, you and Mephisto will deal 4 damage to eachother each round. Both me and you can just focus on healin' ya' whenever ya' hit, say, 13 health, and McColt can work on Inspirin' ya'. Mephisto won't be able to use his special at all, a risk I think should be avoided...Hoke can just switch to Vintul and do the same thing to Magician, he won't be takin' any damage at all. What do ya' think?" I'm hoping this isn't too ridiculously complex to run for you, Zepher. That is just one nasty Special Skill...
-
I suppose. I thought it might be different because the enemy is still immune to one element. I'll go edit in now, it's not like the enemy has much of a chance either way. I did not see that coming, Chromeknight, I'll admit.
-
Kinda gotta agree here. Inexplicable strategic banter while being constantly and mercilessly assaulted by enemies is a traditional part of RPGs. And playing it out in-character is fun. But if it makes things easier for them, it's the player's choice, I suppose.
-
You're talking about the Heavy Flail, right...?
-
But you haven't even seen the master plans yet! Part of the reason is that other classes could use it better, so I may as well. Like I said, a Shield that causes the hero to strike all enemies could decimate opponents with it.
-
Meh, I've got plans, I was actually going to try and sell it at some point. Thothwick or Hoke, for example, could destroy with it.
-
When's the last time I've used it, though? Stupid Heavy Flail. So puny at WP: 5, but so darned useful for others...
-
Replying here, because I'm not entirely sure. It's still immune to darkness elemental damage and that isn't canceled out, but I don't know if the fire and ice elements eliminate that or not.
-
The occasional reference is cool, but otherwise I agree, they should be kept separate.

Those are some pretty awesome elf designs and decals.

I don't think Guardian Angel ever does protect against passives even when we're not fighting demon kings, seems fine to me.
-
Maybe such posts could just be allowed in the Marketplace?
-
"It's a negative effect, mate, of course it can. It's not like we're remedyin' it, we're just blockin' it. "
-
"Mate, your angel's here, he can't do a damn thing to any of us. We don't need luck, there's no risk."
-
Atramor looks up at Cronk's angel, then narrows his eyes down at Mephisto - the 'demigod'. "Put me first, Cronk. If I can hit him with my flail, he'll be a hell of a lot easier to go down. And don't forget McColt, he could help us out." He start spinning the Heavy Flail once more, and walked determinedly towards Mephisto in the front row.

Sandy's run rounds before where Docken's been affected by Special Damages, even if the enemy has been below half his level, though. Actually, I'm judging by the Butterfly Plains battle, where the effects wouldn't've affected you anyway. Now I'm not so sure. Looked at other examples and I think you're right. Edited.
