Official Eurobricks Straightshooters List
charlieboy replied to Siegfried's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
+1 for Woodland Observer. Many thanks for an easy swap -
Hey guys, heres my first custom using Brickwarriors parts. I think he came out quite well considering i've not painted in a little while- I've been quite busy getting a small army built and painted aswell as quite a few other customised figs using various aftermarket bits and bobs. More pics to come shortly! Charlieboy

I'm chuffed to bits that Hulk fig will be available in the U.K! The large Hulk fig is not for me, my little boy wants it and thats fine but for me i'd much rather have a minifig sized one

Thats how much I know then! When anything political comes on the tv or there's a story in the paper, i'll quickly move on to the next channel/page just incase I learn something! Stop ya moaning ya northerner, go eat a battered mars bar!

I'll never vote, never have and never will. Its not that i'm lazy and can't be bothered I just have no wish to waste my valuable time giving power to some minted pillock that in return for my vote, will do nothing they promise to do unless they benefit from it! The Tories look after the rich, defo not me then! Labour ran the country into the ground and left us with huge depts and the LibDems are mainly pointless and serve no purposs at all so far as I can tell??? None of them have earnt my vote. I'd much rather play with my Lego, it does what I want when I want. Give me a politician that does that and my vote is theirs forever! And just so you know, it's been fantastic and sunny down in Sussex all weekend!

Yea,I wondered about that as I got both too. If you look on bricklink he's named Peter Pettigrew with the normal looking face and Wormtail with the ratty looking face and a dark orange hairpiece!

Great stuff! Here you go then. I didnt notice until I took this pic but the German Soldier has the wrong head currently, I have plenty of the correct type so i'll swap that over asap.

Quick REVIEW: Arealight's Curved Torsos
charlieboy replied to SilentMode's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
I really like these and actually purchased a couple last month. I got the printed female clone trooper torso and one of the Mandalorian ones along with lots of other parts. I think the quality is excellent and i'll be ordering more from Arealight very soon! Great review Drew -
Result! One good thing to come out of the Olympics then! I'll be snagging a set of these asap for myself, depending on stock levels of my local suppliers I may be able to get more sets to ship abroad
-
I love these, especially the first two. The paint on the armour and legs is fantastic

Collectible Minifigures Trading Suggestion
charlieboy replied to Donut's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
Thats right, the mods will probably add your name to the portal list when they spot another member trading in there -
London Olympics & Paralympics 2012... and LEGO
charlieboy replied to caperberry's topic in General LEGO Discussion
That would be a great set and one i'd most certainly buy! As for the games themselves, whilst i'm only about 50 miles away there is no chance of me going to London. It's busy enough at the best of times but during the Olympics its going to be horendous I should imagine -
New to Lego...Let me throw this out there.
charlieboy replied to bricklayer's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I have asked myself many times before buying a set if it's really worth it. I know it wont get played with but for me it's all about how the set looks on display. 10220 Volkswagen T1 Camper Van is probably the best set I have bought for this purpose.(And one of the very few my wife will let me have in our living room!) I have it on display in a glass cabinet along with my very large minifig collection and it looks superb! I'm sure everybody has their own idea of what does and doesn't look good but if like me, you buy Lego purely to show it off, $120 is worth it all day long -
I like your style Dervish I'm a Bmw nut myself and can often be found tinkering around with them when i'm not surrounded by my bricks. I'm on the lookout for my next piece of Munich's finest as we speak! I also play COD on the PS3 quite a bit too, i'm sure I had a wife at one point but i'm usually way to busy to go check
-
Welcome to Eurobricks Minh! The figures are very highly detailed and look great! Do I spy some Minifig.cat parts on your figs too? Enjoy the forum
