  1. Thanks... Will have a try later on. I've been working on some modifications and an add-on for the the bucket so i have not had the time to read some of the reply's...
  2. I've been working on a LDD project (I wanted to make the 8063 trailer) all day, but now i'm stuck.... Some of the beams don't get into place, and the LA doesn't seem work! Can anybody help me? LDD file here!
  3. Normally i like my chicken from the grill, but the powerfunctions-version is nice too! And yes some of the AFOl entries are mentioned also at Lego technic website
  4. I Totally agree with Jurgen. But maybe LEGO has already made a start with their Designed by me program. Shamefully almost none of the technic parts are available. Adding them would, in my opion create an additional market for them; AFOLS. I really think that some of the AFOL MOCs would sell like crazy!
  5. It is so hard to name a favorite. So for me the "best" Technic MOCs are: Nathanael Kuiper's Silver Supercar and Grohl's 8271 Birdie Mainly because i've got them on display myself. And every day i get more and more amazed by all those beautifull MOC that keep coming up!
  6. I'am in total awe! Please stop making models like this; you make us feel like amateurs...... Again a beautifull model!
  7. This is such a great (and butt-ugly) model. With a bit of luck i'm starting my own restoration project myself. Thanks for all the tips and stuff! Edit: Caling this model model ugly doesn't mean it hasn't got great functions and look great on display......
  8. @ Underwurlde: Mail is on its way! The 956 was a set number that was only available in the US. It IS the same as the 853..
  9. There were only instructions available of the chassis and a buggy! This one... I got a PDF of the instruction (complete with partslist!) if you want one! Just pm me!
  10. Therefore my suggestions! They all have been done in some or another way by Lego over the last 33 (!!!!!!!!)years. (Would love to see the bridges towers and cranes!!!!)
  11. My guesses are: *Construction-equipment *Road-cars *Motor-bikes *NXT-controlled stuff (anything goes) *Bridges, Towers and Cranes Let's wait and see!
  12. Sorry..... I didn't look close enough...... The actuators looked so much like the actuators that were mentioned at TechnicBricks a few months ago...... check this link...
  13. That is so strange. No more 8258 set produced at TLC? I always thought is was normal for a set to be produced and sold for 2 years. This model has been introduced only 8 months ago.... it's a good thing i got my set at the beginning for €127
  14. This is a really nice model. Great looking and real technical model! Too bad it has non-lego-parts. (like the actuators...) But I would love to see some movies.
  15. Seperate topic on that homemade 8043? Yessss! And give us more pictures and movies!
  16. Making a render of a 300,000 piece model? Wouldn't it be better just to take some good and hi-def pictures? anyway: can't wait to see the result!
  17. huh? Like where? Don't have that much problems with that rear train. (At least if i you don't trow the model down the stairs or something like that...)
  18. Love the little movie that Mahjqa made! Hope that the upcoming movie (Watch the trailer here!) is as good! Because: "there is no plan b"
  19. Reread your review today! Great pictures! This IS a fabulous model. Got this model a few months ago for just € 25! It is small and has great working parts. I love the way the front-suspension is made! Epic! I only had the light-stickers replaced with trans-clear bricks. BTW: The gear rack has been used in this years 8048 Buggy!
  20. One thing that keeps our hopes up on this: they didn't say no.... We never know what they are keeping up their sleeves...... For instance: the 8041 Race Truck was quite a surprise for most of us.
  21. Just an idea: Maybe Lego could add more Technic parts (read ALL available parts) in LDD. Then we could make our own "Super AFol Set" en market them trough Designed by me?
  22. There is no way i can name just one favorite! Over more than 30 years Lego has given us so many great models. 70's favorite: 852 Helicopter (Simplicity!!!!) 80's favorite: 8848 Power Truck (Love it's tippingunit) 90's favorite: 8858 Rebel Wrecker (Impressive steering and shocks!) 00's favorite: 8260: Tractor (just for being so cute! ) and: Surely every supercar 8880, 8848, 8466, 853. 8865 and 8860. and of course every other model that i ever built!
  23. Sometimes it's is hard to read the buildinginstructions correctly. Most of the times that is my own fault (being to stressy to finish the model, but sometimes there is room to question the instruction!
