yo Soccerkid, great stuff you build there! All looking really good, but what I definetely like the most is the Moc with the ravine. It just looks ever so Mitgardian. Great job!!

just one question, does the guardian have to be brickbuild? Or can I take a preexisting best of the LEGO universe if it makes sense to my moc?

@Ecclesiates: now why does it have to be a "challenge" again? Why can't we just make it more of a community effort? Plus, you are going to win it anyway, no chance for anyone else here to beat you And what about my two already existing Valholl mocs, are they out of the race? If I had known this I would have withheld them ... @darkdragon: quite a bunch of us are actually European. Most of the American builders of this guild haven't been seen in a while ...

@Blaze: Well, Steen is actually from Helgestorp. He didn't go to Valholl before he was elected into parliament.

@Blaze: Maybe should should check the moc index before you say things like that there aren't any Mitgardian port mocs!! I build a port, although it was for the embassy challenge and thus situated in Kaliphlin, it's still a port by a Mitgardian builder: more pics here I also had a coastal landscape containing a shipyard: more pics here and then last but not least there is Ecclesiastes' Ondylion harbor moc here Some of us have already been really buisy bringing Mitgardia to live. @Soccerkid: I think it'd be really cool if you could build some house for Valholl. I only consider my two mocs a start, more should be added, and it'd be really great if we could turn this into our community build. I think SOT has mentionend something like this before, so why not just do it?

Hey there, I'm an active builder of Mitgardia and have totally shifted my LEGO interests from Pirates to Castle since the introduction of GoH. This has also helped my personal building skills considerably I guess. What I like most is this whole community feeling this project has to it, but it seems some of it has eased off a little. At least within the Mitgardia guild which had a really great start and now seems to be lagging behind. On the other hand, the inter-guild GoH sense of community has increased, especially the members of the Kaliphlin have brought an inviting spirit to this corner of the EB forum. Thank you for that! What I'm missing is the more constructive side of criticism. It's really uplifting to be told that a build looks nice and all. On the other hand though, to be told what needs to be improved really helps a good deal more as I have just experiences with my second Valholl moc. So lets all try to be more constructive in this sense. As for the GoH tags, great idea! What I would like to know are the criteria though. There are so many tags out here, where I frankly don't know what they were awarded for. So transparency regarding the awarding criteria would be nice. Having said all this, I generally think that this whole project is really amazing and it has brought quite a bit of life to the history forum. So lets keep for a while longer, it's worth it!!

Really awesome creations there. I especially like swamp house. Your wall technique is simply stunning. I'm also once again impressed by your editing skills. I wish I was able to do this.

@gabe: I'll see what I can do. Mitgardian politicians are actually way more conservative than I am However, Steen is not quite as much of a moron as Eric Grimmson. Maybe he'll be able to protect the house. @Balthasar: Medieval cities were actually much more colorful than you would think. And I'm trying get that across in my mocs. Thanks for your compliments! @all: the bs folder is public now!
