Princess Muttonchops

This MOC is so good, I'm gobsmacked. Really, it's awesome, and totally appeals to my love of Japanese culture. Well done lego-maniac, if you don't win a prize, I'll be even more gobsmacked.

Awesome MOC Penguin. I love the colours, the red roof works so well with the brown and grey walls. And the icicles hanging over the front door really make it feel like winter.

Great review Iz. I can't remember this set, but reading your review made me want it bad! I think Sieggy was just emerging out of his dark age at the time, and I was in denial...Heh...

I know everyone else has said this, but great use of the island base plate. It's a shame Lego haven't found further use for it, but maybe with the upcoming Pirates of the Carribean, it will get more love. All together a very poignant MOC.

Great MOC Cedric, I love the wind mill and corner turret. And you've really brought it all to life with the nicely detailed interiors.

Gorgeous MOC oo7, you've really captured Japanese architecture with this creation. The yellow cheese slopes on the roof beams are a great touch, and I love the circular pavement at the bottom. Awesome.

Awesome decals Severus! Who would have thought it was possible to capture such surreal (let's face it, dildo-shaped) characters in minifig form?? This does beg the question though, what would you use for DJ Lance's fluffy hat?

It's a thin, wavering line we tread friends, balancing precariously between order and chaos, with only our team of fun-loving, generous, dedicated, good-looking moderators to pull us back from the brink. Moderator-free day? Nay, we should have "Moderator appreciation day", where EB members can post MOCs dedicated to their favourite moderator, or write flowery poems about their valiant, swash-buckling efforts. Sorry, I have to go now, and pull my self together...sniff...

Awesome customs tin7, although you have simultaneously killed any interest I may have had in seeing the movie, the people they got to play the characters look wrong wrong wrong.

Great work Skafte! You've captured the scene nicely, and it only took me a couple of seconds of going "Huh??" and looking at the flower pieces to work out that the droid was exploding (no, seriously, that's good work) .

Omigod, he's perfect! While it's a bit disappointing that the normal pirates got bumped for this (at least, that's how I see it), it will be awesome to see Pirates of the Carribean done properly, unlike that lame effort of M@?#BL)*KS...

I have to say, I'm a bit surprised by the largely lukewarm reception this set is getting. Okay, it's not minifig scale, so you can't get a minifig version of yourself driving a car across it singing "London Bridge is falling down", but it's still a great model. Come on people, how many high quality models of famous bridges do you see around the place?? Ah, humble bridges, connecting us to those bits of land on the other side of the river/harbour, do they really get the respect they deserve?

Awesome review Inconspicuous! Although I did experience slight stabbing pains in my chest while reading it, as I remember so clearly we saw in Kmart on sale, and I said "No" (this was back in my dark days, before I was fully acclimatised to life as an AFOL's partner) (shakes head)....

Nice MOC Allos! I really love the use of that head, it works so well as a soldier.

Great review VBBN! I like the direction that Lego are taking with this new line, and I really like the fact that the names are more pronouncable . Let's hope Hero Factory sells well, so Lego will keep churning out new pieces...

After reading the last page or so of comments, I'm glad to see I'm not alone in wishing for more everyday themes for City sets. I would love to see Lego do a fast food restaurant or a supermarket, that would be awesome.
