  2. Does anyone want to part with some of their lego bricks cheap? I tried bricklink but the cheap ones are in really small qty's. I think I am going to need a lot for my lego shed :). Mainly after 2 by 4, 2 by 6, 2 by 8 and 2 by 10 Thanks Simon
  3. I have not used vb for a while, what do I have to do with WithEvents then, you could be a life saver!
  4. I am not using the javascript bit but visual basic and windows forms. My current dell has a serial port too
  5. The dacta control panel just has the widest amount of control (8 motors and sensors) but old :( Using this http://dan.berladyn.net/LEGO/LEGOocx.html I am trying to get the control panel to fire off events, i thought the event would just be triggered but they dont Anyone got any ideas

I contacted lego lol and they said they dont usually deal with such a large order lol (i asked for a price for 50K bricks lol) "In regard to orders of a single brick or piece, we unfortunatley do not deal with such large orders. I feel like I should tell you that we generally do not have large quantities (such as 50,000) of individual bricks."

  12. Hey I love building models offline as I use computers as part of my job and am a geek too lol. However I want to get a rough idea of how many bricks i need for a project. i used lego desginer which was ok but it did not tell me how many bricks i used or how its size, maybe i missed it (was a friday afternoon). I hear people use cad etc but that seems a over kill if its like autocad that i used to use
  13. Yeah alot of my bricks are used and well the white ones are usually rubbish
  14. I thinking of building some big, probably a lego shed lol (not the best thing but could be fun), Where is the cheapest place to get bricks like 2 by 4. Lego seem to sell them at 12p and bricklink is around $0.01 to 0.1 but no real large quantities

  16. I was going to mention the lego star wars technics to you mate. Also what about the big lego racer (nitro etc) sets which are technic (8682, 8649 etc)
  17. If you sold it as a lot your only get say 60 - 80 i recon. however break it down in the sets and maybe more

  21. On ebay in the UK they go for around £40 for the set (I own about 5 of them), however the rotation sensor sales for about £10 on its own. Temperature sensor also is worth a bit
