  1. Hmm, Shiro-san does seem to be making a rather shaky bid to protect Yasu-chan. "What if we lynch the wrong person," sounds like an attempt to redirect the FoS, and I agree with Isamu-san that the second part of that statement is not helpful at all. It's the kind of thing an under-the-radar scum (or, admittedly, inattentive Yakuza) might say to make it look like they're engaged in the conversation. For now, I'll... Vote: Yasu (TheBoyWonder) ... but Shiro-san better watch what he says.
  2. That makes sense. Granted, five seems like a low number, but Grandfather's vision could have been just a rough estimate.
  3. Those are interesting points, Mother. I think we should hear what Yasu has to say, of course, but that's something of a lead right there. Sorry I haven't said anything, but I'm still eating my steak, and Mother taught me never to speak with my mouth full.
  4. I'm with Mom on this one. It is hilarious. Also, Lizzy is here. Hi!
  5. I assume that's a Scooby-Doo reference, but I'm behind you 100% even if it's not. "Watch the pretty coin of gold, and you will do as you are told..."
  6. I don't pay attention to the Modular Buildings as a general rule, but this set might be enough to change that. I do love me some politics...
  7. 1) I was in Sandy's Isla Paradisa and The Penguin & ADHO15's Gotham City, and was on the winning side both times. 2) Save for school and play rehearsals, I'm free. 3) I know of Japan's involvement in the war, I have some rudimentary knowledge of feudal Japan and bushido, and I can count to 10 in Japanese, but that's about it.
  8. I was going to say the hearse itself looks like a hearse version of Project Satan.
  9. Man, that Batbrick is a total hack! He clearly doesn't care about the comic or its characters! Sorry to see you've been ousted, KDog. Hopefully your future endeavours will be more successful.
  10. Ooh, my wallet's gonna be hurtin' this summer... Wish we could have seen the vampire's hearse.
  11. 1) My previous experience is not extensive, but I participated in Isla Paradisa and Gotham City, and I've watched every other game from the sidelines. 2) Aside from the normal work and school stuff, I am available. 3) One of the best (and worst) moments in Mafia history has to be the lynching of our dear friend Zepher on Day One of Werewolf Mafia. It was the worst in the level of incompetence it highlighted, and the best in its hilarity.
  12. The ladder? There's no ladder in any of the sets!
  13. Those meddling kids finally got what's coming to them! Shady realtors and Old Man Jenkinses of the world rejoice!
  14. If there is going to be a sequel, let us not forget that in the world of comic books, character deaths are very rarely permanent.
  15. Please, no more freaking apples! (Damn it, I still can't stop posting in this colour.)
  16. This was an excellent game, very creative, and thoroughly amusing! As a longtime Bat-fan, I have to say everyone's roleplaying was spot-on. (Now if I can just condition myself to stop posting in this colour! ) And I know how much you're all going to miss my singing voice , so I leave you with this... (You might know this one, Egghead.) Goodbye, so soon, And wasn't that a crime? We know by now that scum know how to die. So here's goodbye, so soon, I've got people to slay. With time so short I'll say so long, And go, So soon, Goodbye. You accused me, I accused you We were like each other's shadows for a while. Now as you see, this (Mafia) game is through So although it hurts, I'll try to smile As I say Goodbye, so soon, And wasn't that a crime? We know by now that scum know how to die. So here's goodbye, so soon, I've got people to slay. With time so short I'll say so long, And go, So soon, Goodbye.
  17. Where are you in Canada? (I've spent my entire life in Vancouver and that's never been my experience.)
  18. I wouldn't count on it. In my experience, Canadian TRU stores never get sets early. Oftentimes, we're lucky if we get 'em before February.
  19. Just to mix it up: Vote: Poison Ivy/badboytje88
  20. Well, it might just be another easy day today. On another note (rim shot), I am rather skeptical of a supposed "third faction". As Doll said, such a thing would be disadvantageous to the Criminal element, and I myself find it highly unlikely that a third team should have been able to hide so well when we've been killing Undercovers left and right.
  21. It's already been established that a night-kill on Ra's is, if not impossible, very difficult. Could this be another attempt to cover a teammate's sorry hide? Given the amount of (purported) scum left, the possibilities are many.
  22. Vote: Ra's al Ghul/Fred Fred Burger
  23. I didn't throw a tantrum because I am convinced of my own innocence, and that's good enough for me. Even if I were one of them, I wouldn't want to stoop to their level. Ever since we busted Catwoman, the scum have been playing a truly embarrassing game (of life, that is.)
  24. Meister! It's Music Meister, goddammit! Get it right!
