  1. If you're talking about this Darth Maul Bust, I think you're wrong. I don't believe any of the Statues like it have any stickers at all, for that matter. Sorry.
  2. I voted Magician (duh!), Hoplite (sweet fig!) and Series 1. I feel like there isn't enough variety in the second series. I mean, do we really need both a male AND female surfer/lifeguard?
  3. Welcome to Eurobricks FinLEGO! I'm sure you'll meet lots of Star Wars, Technic, and Modular House fans here on the site. Enjoy your stay and have fun!
  4. Apparently, it's (USD) Freeing Dobby- $10.99 Quidditch Lesson- $19.99 Hagrid's Hut- $39.99 The Burrows- $59.99 Hogwarts Express- $79.99 Hogwarts Castle- $129.99 EDIT: Clone O'Patra beat me to it.
  5. According to The Lego Book, it took place in a "1920's-era".
  6. I agree, it looks like some sort of idol or statue. I'm not very excited about the second wave, except for the Mime and the Pharaoh. There are too many surfer/pop star/weight lifter type of minifigs, if you know what I mean.
  7. Looks great Admiral M! It looks very clean and detailed on the outside. I can't wait for the folder to be moderated so we can see some more interior details. From what I saw, the interior looks great! My only advice is to find some way of adding in windows. If you were willing to spend some more, stained glass windows would look excellent, although expensive. Otherwise, it would be tough to add in windows. Otherwise, excellent work and good luck with making your dream reality.
  8. That would make sense. I guess those stickers on top would be pictures hung inside The Burrow then. I just wish it had green flames.
  9. Carbonite block. I'm not sure if it counts, but it's pure win. So much more accurate, amazingly awesome, and even has handholds so Han can stay in without a bottom. Next would probably be Bane, Lego did awesome with him. Boba is cool, but I don't like the Sand Blue. Aayla is cool, but too cartoonish IMHO. And Grievous doesn't even look Lego.
  10. Has anyone figured out what that outhouse-like structure in The Burrow is? This one: I'm very confused as to what it's supposed to be. A fireplace with a Floo function? Also, is that a fez?
  11. Wow, Hogwarts looks amazing from the outside! I know someone brought it up, but it's great that the buildings are connected instead of separate. This is definitely a must-have!
  12. They all look pretty good. I don't think I'll buy anything other than the Slave I, but if Cad Bane's speeder turns out well, I'll get that too. That new carbonite mold is pure win.
  13. Oh my god, they're amazing! They bring back memories of the old line, while still bringing something new to the table. Dobby's Release: Looks a tad plain, but with the upgrade of adding Harry, it might be worth it. I really hope they include the diary, or maybe the arch has a function that can launch Lucius. Quidditch Lesson: 5 figures for a $20 is amazing, especially when two are brand new. The hoops look great, and I think I see a brown Hoth Trooper helmet on the ground as a helmet. Hagrid's Hut: It looks awfully like the last one, and the Aragog doesn't look great. The figures aren't way too special either, so I might pass this one. The Burrow: Awesome figs and design, not to mention price. It looks a little dark, but otherwise pure win. Hogwarts Express: Looks ok, I like the new car a figs, but otherwise it looks similar to the old ones. Hogwarts Castle: I agree that this is the best one they've ever made. Not too gigantic, but capturing the castle very well. I really like it. Overall, incredible figs, but the only downsides are not all of them are too different from the old ones.
  14. Performed magic at an event for a few hundred people. Turned out pretty well, considering I wasn't very prepared.
  15. Nice little vignette Sir Gecko. It's simple but to the point. I think the fridge is great, and the only way to make it a little better would be to create a fridge similar to the one from Fire Brigade. Otherwise, a clean, accurate, and funny scene. Great work!
  16. Luna and Bellatrix, new house torsos, and what sounds like a superb and not way expensive Castle.... it just keeps getting better and better! I really hope we can see these sets finally at the Toy Fair. The suspense....
  17. I mainly collect Star Wars and Modular Buildings. I am a big fan of both Pirates and Indy too, but since have both disappeared, I have some potential extra leeway for other themes. I used to love Harry Potter themes when they were around, and most of the contents for my Lord of the Rings MOCs come from that theme. I may have to buy some Kingdoms and new HP sets for MOCs. To sum it up, mostly Star Wars, but occasionally a passion for short-lived themes or parts packs.
  18. Awesome modular, marcosbessa! I love the sleek curves and unique color scheme. I also love the selection of minifigs you included- the blind man, the police officer. If it was the the price of a regular modular, I would definitely buy it!
  19. Welcome to Eurobricks! You've created an upbeat and creative MOC here, and you captured the spirit very well. I like the many touches you've included that make the creation more Viking. As a side note, please resize your pictures (You can use this tutorial if you need help) so people with slower Internet connections will be able to view your MOC. Once again, great work, and welcome to Eurobricks!
  20. I'm under the impression that many of the first episodes were already mostly finished before they even started the season, because of the clips that appear in the season trailer. I'm also bummed that they are very inconsistent in how they air their episodes. Otherwise, I like the episode quite a bit. A nice mix of action, plot, and characters, and not too much was given away from the trailer like in the last episode. A satisfactory end to the three-part series.
  21. Happy Birthday Quarryman! Enjoy your special day.
  22. Thanks for sharing this setup! I must admit, I don't regret missing Market Street as much now- I just hate the gap it forms in the buildings! I'm still getting Grand Emporium regardless of how it looks compared to Fire Brigade, but it's nice to get an idea about what it might look like. Thanks again.
  23. Makeover for my avatar? This is obviously my favorite minifig from the whole line. I'm very relieved to hear that the minifigs won't be of cheap plastic either! I really hope they can fix the problem for all products eventually, but for now, this is a good start.
  24. Welcome to Eurobricks! I'm sure you'll have a great time, just as long as you behave. Have fun!
  25. That would be incredibly unlikely for a number of reasons. First, Harry Potter isn't a battle-based theme, so Battle Packs would be pointless. Second, if they did make one, they wouldn't use the Dobby head (which you seem to be suggesting). Third, why would anyone want a Goblin Battle pack? I feel like I've read the books fairly thoroughly, and the only places I can remember them appearing were in Gringotts scenes. Sorry to rain on your parade, but it's just not likely. Since this isn't a Future Set Wish List thread, I might as well get back on topic. I'm excited for the Toy Fair this weekend. I really hope they can make the sets updated, but still just as cool. It might be unlikely, but the castle-connectability feature the old sets had, was one of my favorite parts. If they can somehow incorporate this again, I may very well go crazy over this line. I also hope they can incorporate lots of little features and traps, since it added onto the magical feeling. Just a few more days!
