Is the plantation house still open? And becasue it is all by itself may I make fields if I have the time/parts to spare?

Alright. As soon I get the money, this is moving up my list as I want to display mine next con I attend. I will make a black with white gunstripe ship, in the style of an American ship. It will have two midsections, and mount 8-10 24-pounders (standard Lego guns) on the gundeck and a similar number of 12-pounder customs on the upper deck. I already have a captain, three crew, and a marine, plus some cannons and basic parts left over from a house, so I am already partway there.

This example is crewed by police, which may be why they look strange. Thanks!

I choose what I am building beforehand, and then find reference photos. If I know I do not have the pieces, I will build it in MLCad and wait until the next time I order parts to build a physical model. I am always taking apart my sets to build something else, and occasionally I build in LDD, but the parts pallate is very limited.

A military patrol craft now operated by harbor police. I built this a while ago for a contest on Flickr. Basically, it's the harbor patrol boat. It has two modular stations that mount 40mm GMGs or .223 LMGs, and can carry a raft. Bow Shot Set

A 2x2 "jumper" with a single, centered stud. Different sized masts for ships. Different sized hulls - Have the current be medium, and revive the small hulls, then add big hulls that are not Duplo - say 24 to 30 studs wide. This would be great for a Pirate line merchant ship, or a Royal Navy troopship. A smaller size of cannon with a smaller footprint. A cane. BLUECOATS!-Torsos, and maybe a small ship. Two-wide treads. 1x3 Jumper with 2 studs. A new windscreen for 6-wide cars.

Colors: Dk. Tan, Sand Green, more Dk. Red. Parts: Palm tree trunks, windshield from the Indy Boat Chase set, more minifig parts, all of the past parts they removed, and Pirate stuff. Torsos, shakos, tricorns, hulls, cannons, oars, rigging, masts, etc.

Oops, misread. I keep my jumpers with my tiles, which partially explains my loss of mind. But it's great that we are getting 1x3 tiles!

I really enjoyed this model, as it is a great likeness while retaining playability. This is what TLG should sell. You have 1x3 Tiles?! Where?!

Here's my wish list. 1. A large ship for the soldiers, with 2 midsections and lots of , plus some redcoats. Preferably, it would be in Dk. Blue with white trim and all-white sails, with tan or Dk. Tan decking. 2. A bluecoat battle pack with 4-5 bluecoats, a rowboat, and a cannon. 3. A small bluecoat ship with 1 midsection, 4 cannons, in black with white trim, and a bluecoat crew. 4. A civilian freighter with one midsection, in brown, with some generic civilians for the crew. And maybe a smaller version of the cannon on a 1x2 or 1x3 base to make it sell well. 5. A harbor with crane, shops, a couple of rowboats, civilians, and a small frieghter with no midsections. It would be compatible with 6242 Soldier's Fort. 6. A small pirate ship with no midsections, in Dk. Green with green trim, 2-3 cannons, and a small crew. 7. Islander sets. 8. New weapons as was suggested earlier. So, not much.

The instuctions specify old hull sections, but will new hull sections work as well? I was hoping to build a small vessel from the hull of the new pirate ship using these instructions.
