I bought one 7090, the smaller castle set :-$ I wanted the new city sets but my shop doesn't have them, nore the new castle one. I wait because in this shop, the prices are lower than in the toyshop above, which has all the new sets! So I can't resist buying this lil' set for the squelethorse. And for the small sets, there are no difference in the price... Patient, I have to be patient... So this set is really nice for the price! I'm in love for those new silver helmets *wub* The squelethorse is very nice too! I was surpised by the round shield, it's smaller than I thought! The only negative aspect are the new squeleton arms :-X worst than in pics! Why on heart doesn't TLC makes new ones whith the same design than the olders?! >:-(

Really nice ! The Scorpion Palace is original, bringing a nice touch of world culture, just above the Danish Market Street and the more US Seven building. It just needs some roads, cars and more alive street scenery to promote the building quality. And the corner building is nice too! The tan scheme is better than the brown one, IMO.

What a nice layout *y* ! I like the touch of humour with gostbuster, Back in the future and other "strange" things! I like the trees in the garden, the icecream man with all the kids around him: there is a lot of live! And your trolley is very beautiful! And this "old" family brings a nice touch of authenticity. Nice work *y* !

And what about *yoda* ? He has got some ears, so why not having the same "kind" of heads?Just put a stud on it and you can put some hear like for male and for female...

I don't have one favourite minifig, but a lot of them! So I will chose something like this: I remembered when I went to snwo school, I took with me one emblematic minifig from each theme. But it was my secret... I really like to have a lot of different minifigs! It's like the colour, I don't have a favourite one, even if I like some more than others, but I like diversity.

What a game! This is the first time that I play a game with so many interest! With the wiimote in my hand, I'm Link! :-D Anyway, back on topic! This set is more the entrance of the mine that the mine itself. Just look at the door, which permit you to explore the earth of the heart and bring back all those crystals. This reminds me of the entrance of the mine that my grand aunt has in her garden, which product steel for the Eiffel tower and the Statue of liberty few years ago... But the mine is closed now, and there are a lot of vegetation in front of it. That makes me thinking of an elfic faction leaving in the forest, that would be very very nice! Just imagine, a piece of forest in LEGO! *wub*

Thanks Apo for this pics! And this is the kind of pics that make me not wanting buying one of the new Castle set! Not beacuse they are bad, on the contrary! Collecting them seems to be expensive and for some years... And with the city stuff... But maybe... when I will see them on shelves...

Just with few pieces and some imagination and a nice official LEGO set is so much better! Nice work PaulC! I like the idea of having two figs in the truck, an advantage of the 6-wide vehicle that TLC doesn't use... Can't wait to find it in stores...

This is exactly what I think about LEGO and representation of human life! I like that anything is perfect in LEGO in therme of scale: 4-wide cars just for 1 minifig, no stairs, no back,... I understand what you are saying Takuto. I'm more a classic city afol too. So I try to downscaled big sets like Caf
