Good to see the new series of minifigures are starting to appear on shelves. As its Christmas Eve tomorrow some shops may close early but I'm going to try and see if Fenwicks have them.

Leia would be good, in yellow. Or even a Bespin version of her would be equally as good.

Great review! Thanks for doing it. I'm a big fan of this set, the minifigures are good, as is the parts selection. I like the piece used in the cockpit to secure the minifigure in place. I would've liked to see some panels in the cockpit though rather than translucent red pieces, that said however they are useful pieces.

^^ I was hoping for Grand Moff Tarkin, or someone similar. Alot of PT and OT minifigures have had redesigns lately so Lego may do a Rebels figure.

^^ I hope so. I liked the idea of "retro" figures in the book. But at the same time I'd also like a completely new minifigure like the Emperor from The Dark Side book.

Only 2 more days till the episode. Looks a good one which I hope will give some insight into series 9.

Good to see the new sets are emerging on some websites. Overall I feel this is a very strong wave with some great sets. The stand outs for me are the Battle Packs, the AT-DP, and the Skyhopper.

I saw the original 1987 Robocop on Netflix. A great film on almost every level.

I've seen quite a few Series 12 minifigures in supermarkets like Tesco, Asda etc.

Best Set 2014: The Sandcrawler - A brilliant redesign of the original set with lots of new minifigures. Worst Set 2014: Courscant Police Gunship - A good concept for a set, but I felt more minifigures were needed and the interior felt a little empty. Best Minifigure: Santa Darth Vader. Worst Minifigure: Luke Skywalker - Too many lines on his face! Best Theme: The Lego Movie - A good creative theme which provided alot of good pieces for MOC's. Worst Theme: I don't really have a worst theme, I generally liked the themes this this year. 2015: I'm excited about the Detectives Office and all the Movies that are coming. ( The Avenger, James Bond, Star Wars)

I usually take a couple of hours to store them. Alot of the time it depends on what I have purchased.
