By saying she wants to be treated like everyone else and screaming about it to everyone, it shows that everyone else doesn't consider her as an equal. This is why people make those complaints over and over, because things are not equal, which is why it's so insulting to see you make these comments, which is why I reacted as I did the first time. You're misunderstanding feminism, and it's frustrating. If Breez was a real woman always complaining about not being treated equally, while doing equal work as her male compatriots, telling her to "stop complaining about it, you're making it worse" is extremely, extremely insulting. It's belittling, and yes, it's going to make feminists mad by saying that, because you're implying her complaints aren't valid. Which comes across as "women complain, but doing so makes them get even less respect, so they should just settle for the status quo".

It's not trolling, you made a dumb comment. Feminism =/= reverse chauvinism, and you implied very strongly that it did. You seriously said "I don't want any more feminists". Not "I don't want any women who hate men". Those aren't the same thing, and you very overtly said they were. I'm not okay with any thoughts of discrimination being okay. It's not, and making those kind of comments isn't okay. Also, BZP is live.

I fail to see the distinction between BIONICLE's gears, and say, superhero action figures with punching actions, with swinging sword arms (just like the original Toa!), "kung-fu action", etc. Your statement ignores the long history of these types of actions in, well, action figures.

I don't think this is the end, TLG's been pretty adamant that they see no reason to end the line in all of their public statements recently. Might be the last hurrah for some of these heroes, but I doubt for the entire line.

Depends on which version you're looking at, doesn't it? I'm pretty sure in the comics Evo and Nex were just the first two heroes to get the upgrade, not built already as 2.0 models like on the show. And how do we know Rocka never had a 1.0 form?

He has a normal socket in that place, not a Glatorian hand. The bottom of the thornax launcher attaches to the bottom of the socket, the new barrel piece attaches to the top of the socket, and the click parts attach to the front of the socket.

The biggest problem with Ben 10 is that it didn't advertise it's compatibility with BIONICLE. It made itself look like a self-contained building system, and while those of us in the community know it wasn't, the average consumer looking at Ben 10 toys didn't.

Hey! I also live in Tulsa. You're right in that there is no LUG in Tulsa, let alone Oklahoma. I know of few fans around the state, though there are bound to be more, considering right here we have three Tulsans, and I know of a few people in the OKC area. I'm sure we could get something going. Also, I hear Brickfair Alabama should be fun. I'm a regular attendant of Brickfair Virginia, and Todd knows what he's doing. You should go, and enjoy the convention! They are a lot of fun, and hopefully we'll hear about the possibility of another BrickFiesta in Texas next year. It's a little closer for us Oklahomans than Alabama.

They don't look any different than the current HF sets, but with comic book character heads. You're overreacting, and you're being just as ridiculous as AFOLs who still refuse to admit BIONICLE was (and is) not only a real LEGO brand, but also system compatible.

I am going to buy a ton of these. If only so TLG realizes that back armour was totally a good idea, and should give it to the HF Heroes as well.

I bought Rocka, Rocka XL, and Bulk at a Toys R Us in Oklahoma yesterday.

At Brickfiesta last week, in Austin, Jim Foulds again expressed that 9V and Monorail were dead and not coming back. (He also said the same thing about Bionicle).

I'll be there with something around 15-20 MOCs. The same ones from the past three years, plus the three to six I'll have built since last year. Brickfair is probably the premier LEGO convention, so for those of you who are first-timers, get super excited!
