  1. Ok finished now for the moment until i get some motivation to alter it again! Green curves from new slave1 used as i could not figure any alternative but i think it looks ok. the rear door still exists as in the pictures in the first post i just forgot to include it in these when i can borrow the decent camera i will take proper pictures but for now enjoy! Gallery when public http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=444208 C&C welcome
  2. I agree it's a mess under there.
  3. thats what i was thinking so i've ordered them. the display stand is attached the same way as all the ucs line but it's twice as big, no the door is removed when on the stand. nope no idea lol call me whatever you want to yeah the skirt is too fat but if i made it 1 brick thick there would be no room for the greebs and we all love greebs!! yep as above there on order!
  4. Just a few pictures for you to look at and give me some ideas etc, Thanks go to Anio for the inspiration and instructions to help me along with this moc even though i would like it minifig scale this will do for now. i am not happy with the green archs over the top of the stabilisers and also the front section is to flat. still waiting for parts to finish the tail and i have to re-design the sides somewhat. but there you go fire away with comments.
  5. now what about this in 10x10, 8x8, 6x6, 4x4 and 3x3 dishes?
  6. i said your wings where too small! lol It would have been better 2 plates thick instead of 3 but i don't know of any way to achieve that easily.
  7. it was there ealier today, around 10am.
  8. 1x2 plate with 1 stud on top.
  9. First post updated.
  10. Ok all parts in my possesion it will take me a little while to attach them and then take pictures so watch this space.
  11. i have started to just post a link to eurobricks when i display a new moc, FBTB went downhill when they stopped being just starwars. looks much better with the Tan wings! my Slave1 is almost finished (based on your design but enlarged slightly)
  12. Well technically it is finished apart from 2 parts i may change it slightly yet but it's £3GBP for the 1 part i would need to use! i may post WIP pictures of the moc i am working on at the moment watch this space!
  13. Anybody else find that the 10212 and 10215 are no longer on lego's website?
  14. so you did, i'm sorry but i've swapped it for other lego in the colours i want. i do have old grey though.
  15. No, i used rubbing compound, brasso, autosol, any metal polish will work.
  16. it's an eta cockpit with the paint removed, hard work as well to get it off!
  17. no not yet strangely the parts i ordered from usa arrived quicker than the 2 i need from germany!
  18. please explain which bits you mean? i've started my next ucs spurred on by your latest moc and i've already got 2 built in my mind and one in the planning no where to put them all!!
  19. wheres the brickshelf folder??
  20. lol http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=44391
  21. strangley the blueprint for the normal tie fighter is in the tie xm-1 luckly the 2x4 wedge plates are the perfect angle for the ties wings as they are hexagonal but not all sides are the same length according to the blue prints so as tie fighters go the most accurate is retogeigers followed by anio's but his wings are 8 studs to short imo.
  22. no sorry no ldd file i find it a pain as half the parts i want to use are not there unless you know otherwise? now wheres the fun in that? how about it uses 24 of these
  23. the astromech in a delta 7 is a permanent part of the ship R4 unit is it? either way i have a ucs delta 7 so TLC ain't getting £94.99 out of me.
  24. some hi res pics i do like it
  25. now im not just saying this but it doesn't look finished is the picture a prelim and not the finished model? it's got potential with a few mods though!
