  1. Ha and there you lot where thinking that the Landing craft was big!
  2. i was thinking of the games as well as long as it's star wars i don't mind the source material.
  3. lego have made that aswell...
  4. lego have made one which is 'almost' to scale 10174 and besides it needs to have colour!
  5. i have to change one side pylon on the centre wing to match the other side (2min job) fill 2 gaps where the top of the body steps up to the rear and i need some tech lift arms to finish the rear wing then it's done! i'm currently looking for a new project! (without much luck)
  6. Very nice moc considering the limited parts you had you got the shape perfect! how about getting the parts to colour it correctly and to round off the steps on the hulls?
  7. yep i'm gonna take some pictures of all my mocs with my new found picture taking abilities!
  8. The B-wing has been around for a good 3 years, iv'e never really photographed it for some reason.
  9. Woohoo i can take decent pictures at last! i just put the camera in Auto and to take close ups i zoomed in lol so heres some randoms, oh they are a bit bigger aswell! may your processors melt!
  10. i think when i display it it would look good with a black light shining at it (it would glow)
  11. quite a few parts stayed together it's not like it completly disintergrated into 3000 pieces, still a hefty pile though!
  12. about 2 hours! was easier than i thought as all the parts where in one pile lol! iI should have took a picture of the destruction, maybe i should drop it again just for the photo there where a few casualties though the technic lift arms holding the rear wings twisted and bent out of shape but apart from that its a tough MOC, i wouldn't want to drop the 10212 though! Wait till it's finished! Oh and to think it's modular so i can transport it to exhibtions! Yay go me
  13. Well i saw the stand for 10212 and i just couldn't resist! i'm liking it!
  14. jeez! so much love for the LC i did build the 10212 yesterday though looks nice! a lot of faults with it though, but i ain't gonna fix them. while i was building 10212 i kept glancing at the pile of plastic that once was the LC anyway rising from the flames like a Pheonix it's reborn! I decided to change the top greebs and the side panel greebs and the completed rear greebs including the new rear blasters the other side sisters the cockpit and how do i take pictures of white lego?????
  15. I was moving it and tripped and it went the way of both Deathstars! not much survived the impact!
  16. This is now destroyed, sorry folks!
  17. So good you had to say it twice!
  18. Theres only two legs on the movie version, there's 3 on a toy version i have seen, but without the hidef version of the film theres no correct answer. If i added another leg at the front it wouldn't make any difference to the way it sits and would be no more stable than it already is, the other option would be to have 4 landing legs.
  19. when i look at it it looks a bit like a swan! lol
  20. nope but it's removable i opted for the none retractable gear since it's very flimsy and this thing weighs quite a bit.
  21. Ok Pictures!
  22. Well the end is nigh! To do 1. finish the join between the front and rear 2. finish the landing gear 3. design and build a sturdy display stand 4. numerous little colour changes to blend it all together What i have changed since last picture 1. the cockpit is now a modified version of the 10212 2. the boading ramp has been changed to grey 3. the front side greeblies are now light bluey instead of dark bluey 4. cockpit interior almost done 5. it is now balanced on the two landing claws. Pictures to follow later today.
  23. You could just empty all the parts into a large container? escially fun with the 10179
  24. well i've hit a wall in the building process, the lambdas cockpit works looks ok but looks wrong, to use the proper design i have found will leave no room to place a minifig behind the windscreen, plus i cannot figure a decent way to build it.
  25. Well i opened my 10212 yesterday and found that the sticker sheet was badly creased, emailed lego cust servs and as of yet had no reply not even an automated one! whats happening??
