Took me a minute to realize that it's green, not black. Cool build, surprisingly the contrast of red/tan wings with green/white body isn't off-putting for me.

Well, I stand corrected from my comment on the TTV video. I don't know for certain if these names are accurate (out of contact with source for the time being) but much evidence suggests it to be legitimate. If I had to guess I'd say that the "Lord of Skull Spiders" on the display is the Earth Protector while the real LOSS (haha) isn't pictured... but I'm not sure if that is possible based on the set numbers. I won't even start with my storyline theories right now... What? The Element Lords didn't create the Toa... also, lol gnuklear

Complicated situation - he showed the images first to a close group of friends, allowed the display image to go around a bit, then someone who wasn't supposed to see the other image did, and spread that one around too - the other image is more dangerous for the leaker because it could be used by his employers to link him to the leak, in theoryOverlord, by quoting the post you have linked to it, please remove that

I've been told that there will almost definitely be more sets than the ones shown on the display image I personally don't think there will be anything at Comic-Con, though that guess comes from me alone, not from my source

2009 was significant for me in this context because it was the first year that I saw preliminary leaked images online prior to Lego's announcement of them... that was fun, I was in fifth grade

I wouldn't be surprised to see HF-style bags used instead of canisters or boxes; remember that the display picture is potentially quite early in development, a rough draft if you will, and the boxes shown on it may not be the final packaging type - although I do think that the boxes will remain present for the titan-scale sets

The image is in black and white, because the printer used by the leak source ran out of colored ink... he's told us that the "Gresh" figure is blue, yes

I think it might be clearer if you were familiar with the actual Mephek. He's... quite the character. Not exactly in a good way.That's just my opinion, though. I'm sure he's alright some of the time if he's friends with Riaso here.

It's nice to see the topic of the conversation gradually changing from "are these images real" to "what's in these images" - as someone who knows for a fact that this is 100% legitimate, examination of the images rather than scrutiny of their veracity is what I'm enjoying more as of the last few days

I don't actually know what happened with that, other than the fact that there is indeed a group of Bionicle community figures (not including myself or Djokson AKA Warhead) somehow put together by TLG reps?... I think that's what it is... that's all I know of it, since (as I said on flickr) I was never contacted again since I was apparently unworthy or something (haha).
