Hmm... it's interesting seeing people class sets as parts packs or not, because for me everything is just a parts pack. XD I'll post my thoughts on the wave in a bit.

Pretty simple, but he has a nice animalish aesthetic. I like the use of the add-ons to the shoulders.

Great build. I quite like the use of those round Technic pieces for the cannons. The Ninjago blades look great on the propellors, too.

No, it wasn't official. It was put in the credits of one of the TV episodes by mistake, since it was the most popular fan name. (Unless it's since been directly canonized and I didn't know it.)

It's just this scenario that gets you better at MOCing. You have an idea, you do it poorly, then you scrap the build and do it again until you've got it down pat. Or you just move on to another idea. XD -
I've heard that they're not in Lego stores yet, and as said above, have actually been removed from TRU...? This whole thing confuses me, haha. Edit: Is there a default post format option in the settings here? :P

Haha, thank you Zach. It seems that everyone quite likes the colors, which is good to see. (That's the kind of response I don't like, though... I want to inspire you to build better, not make you feel bad about what you build. :P )

Nice build! I like how it's close enough to pass for a 1.0 Hero body while still being quite obviously improved in terms of flexibility (both of the MOC itself and opportunity for customization). I do think I remember seeing these on flickr a while ago.

Good point. But I suppose they could've done a regular Nex and had Jet Rocka on its own...? Or maybe not. As you said the mold thing might be a problem.

Thanks guys. Mego, I knew I wanted to use KK armor, so this helmet was the logical choice. :D Nova, glad you like the colors. I can't take credit though, since they were based off of another MOC (which this is my own version of). Leewan, it was surprisingly quite posable, at least in the knees. The ankles had poor flexibility.

Neat. I'll be sure to check those reviews later. I'm sure this has been mentioned before, but I haven't been keeping up with the topic, so whatever... I kinda wish that someone else, such as Nex or Stringer, had replaced Rocka in the jet. Instead of another Rocka, y'know? Oh well. :P derp, color

I'd always liked the idea of the official Dark Hunter characters known as Hordika Dragons. However, I was really disappointed with the canonized MOC form. So I decided to make my own, and if I do say so myself, it did turn out pretty well. The MOC was made in mid-March of this year. [Click the photo for a link to the flickr gallery.] Feedback is appreciated. Although this is my first MOC post here, it is by no means my best or last, so stay tuned for more creations. :D

Simple HF MOC, so not a ton to say. I would suggest doing something for the neck, though- it currently sticks out a bit far. Edit: If I remember correctly, JANG once made a post/video about a better way to connect Mata heads, which worked quite nicely. I believe it used a pneumatic t-bar, a pair of 2-length thin liftarms, and a rubber band. (I can't seem to find the video, though.) -
As Surge? Yeah, I agree. But it could be useful for a random helmet when MOCing or something.Anyway, happy to see the reviews and pictures coming in. Hopefully I can pick some of these up soon. :D
